Welcome to your New 2026 Modern A frame Tree house ✨—the perfect blend of comfort, style, and outdoor fun.



After a day on the water 🚤, unwind in the hot tub ♨️, fire up the charcoal grill 🍔 (please bring your own charcoal), or gather around the cozy fire pit 🔥 under the stars.



A private gravel path (~500 ft) leads you to the lake 🌊 and shared dock. It’s a bit steep, but worth it for the peaceful water access and views. At the dock, you’ll have access to your own kayaks 🛶 and a fun floating lily pad for relaxing in the water.



Inside, the home features a bright and inviting space with a fully stocked kitchen 🍽️—perfect for preparing meals and spending time together.



Sleeping arrangements include:

• 2 main-floor bedrooms 🛏️

– Primary bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom 🚿

– Second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed

• A loft game room 🎱 that doubles as a sleeping area with 4 couches that convert to full-size beds



The loft is also your entertainment hub, featuring a 3-in-1 pool/ping pong table 🏓, dart board 🎯, and space to relax and have fun.



Guest access: You’ll have access to the entire home 🏡



Please rinse off before entering the hot tub ♨️ to help keep it clean for everyone. A $200 cleaning fee may apply if excessive dirt or debris is found.



Dock details: The dock is shared, and other nearby guests may be present. If you bring a boat 🚤, side parking is available (the middle slip is reserved).
