La paix au bord du lac - Trinity Lake House

Restez dans notre belle maison au bord du lac paisible. La maison a une vue imprenable dans toutes les directions, une décoration moderne, une cour en pente douce et un quai privé pour les clients. La maison du lac Trinity est une chambre à coucher, 2 salles de bain qui a été récemment rénovée, profitant de la lumière naturelle à travers de nombreuses fenêtres et 3 puits de lumière. Les 3 BR sont tous équipés de lits queen. En plus d'avoir un lit queen, la chambre 3 est également équipée de 4 superbes lits superposés rustiques, et peut donc accueillir un total de six si vous le souhaitez. Il y a aussi 1 canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon principal. La cuisine / zone principale de la maison est de conception ouverte, combinant une cuisine spectaculairement rénovée qui se jette dans un coin salon / télévision pouvant accueillir 13 personnes. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision, d'un foyer au gaz et de nombreux sièges pour voir le lac. Un canoë et un kayak sont également disponibles pour les clients à utiliser sur le quai privé.

Ladies weekend get away

Couldn’t want a better location and view. Dock area is great! House needs some touch up to get rid of some mold and mud dauber wasps around exterior doors. But layout of house was great. Kitchen was stocked and appliances were great. Plenty of towels and linens. Need replacement adirondack chairs and maybe a new remote (very temperamental) Had a great time overall!

Family Getaway

This was exactly what we were looking for. The house has everything you need to prepare family meals and spaces are comfortable and accommodating. There were only 5 of us but I feel a larger group wouldn't be an issue. We spent most of our days hanging out on the swim deck, which turned out to be a major perk for us. We had never stayed in a lake house before but when we do, the swim deck is something we will always look for. We swam, fished, floated around on tubes and played on the kayaks we brought with us. A couple of nights we cooked over a fire we built in the firepit with reasonably priced firewood bought a few minutes down the road. One day we rented a boat from Prizer Point that is less than 10 minutes away and even closer by water to your dock. We tubed right in our bay which made it very convenient to have our home base right there. Also recommend the bison and elk prairie, we got to see several bison up very close. There is a corner store and restaurant located a mile away and I highly recommend both. They are operated by incredible and friendly people. The corner store will have most of your staples. If you're looking for a regular grocery store it's 20 minutes away and the closest Walmart is 30 minutes away. We made both trips during our stay which was not an issue as we like to venture out and see the country side. For the fishermen, we were able to catch several catfish, white bass, bluegill, and largemouth right from our dock. Great stay full of sun and fun.

Relaxing get away

This property is picture perfect. The view of the lake is fantastic. The fish were biting and we caught several different type. We will definitely stay again at this house .

So peaceful

Wonderful few days on the lake. Based on the exterior doors and hardwood floors, this is an older house that has been beautifully updated. The open floor plan for the living area and kitchen would be great for a small family reunion or 2 families. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom could sleep a whole family. The sun room addition is what clinched this rental for me. There's also a nice deck on the back. I could sit inside or outside and see the lake. It's slightly downhill to the dock but my 90 year old father didn't have any problem with his cane and a little assistance. The dock is a nice amenity. My husband fished from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat one day and were able to tie off to the dock and go back to the house for a while. The only warning I will give potential renters is that the house is not clearly marked. We had looked on Google maps before going so we knew about where it was and what to look for. Otherwise, we would have driven up and down Solomon Dr. trying to figure it out. There are 4 mailboxes in a row across from the house and the numbers for this house aren't easy to read. Also, dark out curtains in the bedrooms would be nice. Overall, we had a nice vacation and we if ever go back to Lake Barkley, I would consider staying here again. I miss the view already.

Just Like Home

Love our time when we stay here! This is the third time that we have stayed at Trinity House. We loved it even though it is mid-winter. The lake is so peaceful and we enjoyed watching the deer and waterfowl while sitting by the fireplace. The house is so clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Thank you, owners, for being so accommodating!

Beautiful and peaceful

Beautiful home in a very peaceful neighborhood. Perfect view of the lake and very clean home. We enjoyed our trip visiting our son who is stationed at Ft. Campbell. We would definitely like to stay again in the summer time 😃

Beautiful home, loved the area! Highly recommend visiting before sept though (lake level drop)

The visit was nice, home was very clean (however, serious mold issue exists that should be addressed) and drive way steepness should be mentioned in listing if trailering a boat etc. Over all was happy- view was nice and location very quiet

Top of the list

We’ve been having a family gathering Labor Day weekend for several years, and this is the best place we’ve rented so far — super clean, well stocked, and nice open spaces. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was great! It was really nice to rent a pontoon and bring it right up to the backyard to load and unload. Also enjoyed swimming off the dock. We all agreed—this place is a keeper!

Great place for a family trip!

This place was perfect for a family trip! Location is great, close to a public boat ramp to put in the boat for use of the slip at the house. Close to a little store. The house is clean, well stocked with everything you need. The walk to the dock was just down a gentle slope in the yard. The dock was great to swim and fish from. Owner is great with communication! Definitely will keep it on our list for family vacation again!

Barkley Lake Visit

The house was clean inside and had plenty of room for our family. It had plenty of blankets , towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Being able to swim right off the dock was great.

Delightful Stay

Beautiful home with 2 private docks. Unfortunately we had no place to park our boat trailer due to the steep slope of driveway. A lovely neighbor stopped by and offered her driveway. We would have been in a pickle had she not been so gracious. Kitchen provided everything you could possibly need. It is truly a lovely home.

Property listing is exactly what it is like in person! Yard is slightly steeper than it appears. 7 adults with two full baths worked but wouldn't want to have more than 7.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect place for 3 couples and a baby to go for a long weekend. My family and I found it so relaxing. Beautiful view of the lake! Great dock access. Great location near anything you need. You can have a campfire in the backyard! Oh, and the kitchen was very well stocked with what you need to cook! We already want to go back.

A get together of old friends. A beautiful lake front home where we were able to spend time catching up with each other, view attractions in the area, enjoy excellent food and friendly people in the area. The bird watching at the house was beyond expectation. Would highly recommend this place to everyone

Can not see the address. Especially at night.

If that light at the beginning of the driveway was on, that would help to find property at night. Overall Very quite and serin. Screen doors need to be replaced to feel secure. Ok just saying.

Nice & quiet

We had a nice trip. House has beautiful views. Comfy beds & seating for watching the sunset on the lake. Saw lots of deer in the neighborhood. Enjoyed the dock for fishing even though it was cold the week we went. Definitely stop in town for groceries as there’s not much nearby. Only suggestion would be to put the house number on the front of the house or at the driveway. We weren’t sure we were at the right address since we didn’t see a house number anywhere. Thanks for a great week.

Amazing & Peaceful

Our stay was wonderful! The Trinity Lake House is pretty and clean, and very well stocked. We appreciated all of the supplies and appliances on hand, and we were especially happy to find (and use!) the high chair as we forgot one. In addition to the wonderful home, the owner was very accommodating! We originally planned this trip (approximately) halfway between Atlanta and Saint Louis, in October 2022 but one of our kids got the flu. The owner readily rebooked us for January 2023 and we were thrilled to meet family at the lake house for the weekend. The views of the lake are beautiful and very peaceful all day. The best part was two gorgeous sunsets. During one day, we explored the nearby Lake Barkley Resort State Park. Thank you for a great weekend and for accommodating our date change!

Restful Stay! Beautiful Lake View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our restful stay at this lovely lake house. Everything we needed and much more was at our fingertips. We met old friends here for 5 days and enjoyed the time together, the amenities, and the beautiful view. A flock of white pelicans passing through entertained us with their antics. The owner could not have been more helpful. We hope to return.
