Great property

Lovely apartment, very well equipped and in a super location. Nice pool and super friendly life guard. Lots of choices of local places to eat and good location for getting out and seeing other locations like Cartegna etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment, super safe, great AC and well equipped with all you could need. Clean quiet pool with lifeguard on duty, but no sun beds or loungers. Great location close to the beach and many restaurants of La Mata

Pros: Hi, We had a two weeks holiday in August 2018. We had a nice stay, when we came in, the place was clean with nice drinks and foodies welcome. Besides, The apartment is spacious enough, we were 6 and a baby girl. The location is great with all facilities around. It was easy to comminicate with the owner, it was just a bit difficult to communicate with the contact on spot as I don't speak spanish. The swimming pool is fantastic and very clean. I definitely recommend this place to enjoy the costa blanca of spain.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was furnished beautifully, was clean, spacious and had lovely views. The pool was perfect for our children, aged 10 & 8. It was also kept to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this apartment. It was in a lovely safe location with enough restaurants & small shops round about. We only traveled to torrevieja once as there was enough locally. It is also right on the beach. We would definitely return to this location & apartment. Any questions/problems we had (there was a problem with hot water) was dealt with helpfully & immediately. An excellent holiday.

The dishwasher didn't clean properly and there weren't enough towels and bedlinnen. 3 towels p.p. so you'd had to wash them quickly to dry in time. I've already told the owner and she promised to take care of that. But all together it was a place to be. Stunning views at the sea and lake from the loggia. An excellent working wifi and 2 bathrooms. I can recommandant this property as a place to be.

Après deux semaines de vacances à La Mata (car l’appartement est à LA Mata et non à Torrevieja 😉),

Pros: Après deux semaines de vacances à La Mata (car l’appartement est à LA Mata et non à Torrevieja 😉), voilà mes commentaires. L’appartement est parfaitement décrit dans l’annonce et vraiment très sympa. Nous étions cinq (dont 3 ados), c’était très confortable (vive les deux salles de bain 😉). Je me permets de compléter l’annonce avec la vie sur le terrasse. Si je devrais souligner une seule chose, alors c’est bien ça. Si vous êtes sur le terrasse, imaginez, devant vous une magnifique piscine bleue (réservé aux locataires, surveillée et super bien entretenue), ensuite un parc bien vert et bien évidement en arrière-plan la mer (qui change sa couleur régulièrement …) Vraiment splendide ! Derrière vous il y a un lac et quelques colins. La terrasse être protégée par les carreaux en verre qui garantit cette vue si nous somme allongés sur les meubles bien confortables. Bien sûr, vous pouvez observer la levée du soleil sur la mer, la couchée de soleil sur le lac et la lune danse également devant vous, préparez vos appareil photos ! Le bémol, car souvent ça existe aussi, ici, c’est la route derrière l’appartement, qui est très bruyant pendant la nuit. Si vous êtes sensibles, alors ça sera embêtant. Bonnes Vacances !

Pros: La casa tenía todo lo necesario para que solo te preocupes de pasarlo bien en tus vacaciones. A la llegada todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. El apartamento es moderno, equipado y bien situado de todos los servicios. La propietaria es muy amable y está en contacto contigo si necesitas algo. Cons: No tengo nada que reseñar .
