Beautiful sunny top floor apartment in the popular Alfa community in Ciudad Quesada.

The apartment has been fully modernised with a brand new shower and a modern fully integrated white high gloss kitchen. It also benefits from having a double sofa bed and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

Featuring an outdoor communal pool, free WIFI, air conditioning, BBQ, Smart TV and a rooftop solarium with panoramic sea views. There is also an additional terrace directly overlooking the pool.

The top floor apartment is located on the 2nd floor without lift. The apartment is fully equipped and one bedroom with a double bed and on the lounge there is a double sofa bed.


The cleaning fee of 60 euros is payable in CASH upon arrival and the refundable security deposit 150€ too, the security deposit will be refundable the last day after inspection of the property and everything is ok.

Absolutely beautiful place, pool was lovely, it was clean, had everything we needed including iron, towels, bedding etc, even a beer and water on arrival. Perfect place.

A lovely apartment with stunning views,and sushine all day

Excellent apartment,modern and clean Outstanding views,with sunshine most of the day on the roof terrace. With a 15 mins walk into the centre of Quesada! Very well managed by Ruben and Katy,who were very helpful and only a txt/call away from.advice or help if required

Outstanding

First time ever being to Quesada. Apartment was perfect for me and my two kids. Shared pool right out the back. Ruben and Katie were so helpful from the start and always in communication if I needed to. Allowed me to check in 2 hours early also. Honestly it was just perfect, the area is so clean and everywhere is so peaceful. Will definitely be returning

Ok but not great

Firstly Rubén who managed our stay was very helpful with good communication. Apartment is small but ok for 2 people, located on the 3rd floor, view was fantastic from balcony and roof terrace, apartment was clean, bathroom is modern but extremely small (you have to squeeze past the toilet and sink to get to shower), bed and mattress was quite uncomfortable, but overall stay in this apartment was ok.

Ruben is a good guy waiting for us at the apartment on time. We could check in 11.00. The apartment great view, great sun roof, nice balcony and beautiful big swimming pool. The apartment itself needs work, toilet seat hanging loose, thermostat shower broken, we had rain and water came from 2 places from the ceiling and big pool in the room, wet couche etc. I fixed the drain on the sunroof but ceiling has holes. Washing machine, fridge kitchen are good. So great apartment but needs a bit work. The place is central and close to beniofar, Royales

Mooi en netjes appartement op een prima locatie

Appartement netjes en schoon, makkelijk in & uit checken en leuk contact met beheerder. Enige wat voor ons een verbetering zou zijn is een koffie apparaat, niet altijd zin om met een percolator koffie te zetten.

Verrassend verblijf

Hoewel de omgeving het aanvankelijk niet doet vermoeden betreft het een verrassend goed onderhouden en gerieflijk appartement. Voor een stel meer dan voldoende ruimte. Vriendelijke verhuurder, die met raad en daad beschikbaar is. Een uitstekend geoutilleerd appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Nette en vriendelijke community met een fantastisch en goed onderhouden pool.

Last minute get away booked through Vrbo app

First time Booking via the VRBO app - was extremely straight forward and processed with ease. Communication through host ( Ruben) was excellent and very informative. The fully furnished/air con accommodation was very clean/modern and fully equipped making it a home from home feel, with amazing views from Balcony/roof terrace - also providing an excellent communal pool area.( great size family pool) The homemade information booklet within the apartment provided easy guidance for everything from equipment use within the property to maps/directions of locations to various eateries / local destinations. I would highly recommend this apartment and the host.
