Tropical Pool Villa with 3 Bedrooms in Rawai

Our villa is a tropical and cozy retreat that offers you a private and relaxing space to enjoy your holiday in Phuket. The villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable two sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table. The living room opens up to the pool area, where you can lounge on the sunbed, swim in the private pool, or enjoy a barbecue with your friends or family.

The villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable two sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table. The living room opens up to the pool area, where you can lounge on the sunbed, swim in the private pool, or enjoy a barbecue with your friends or family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, such as a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. You will also find pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and glasses. We provide complimentary water, and coffee for your convenience.

The villa has three bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are inside the main building with ensuite bathroom while the 3rd one is by carport which is separated from the main building. The toilet of 3rd bedroom is also near the carport which can also convert to a toilet guest. The master bedroom is located in the main building and has a king-sized bed, a wardrobe, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

The second bedroom is next to master bedroom and has a king-sized bed. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The third bedroom is by the carport has one queen bed. The separated bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The villa is designed to make you feel at home and comfortable. We provide linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryers, ironing facilities, and safes. We also have a washing machine for your laundry needs.

We hope you will enjoy our villa as much as we do. It is the perfect place to relax and have fun in Phuket!

You will have the entire villa to yourself. You can access all the rooms, the pool, the garden, and the parking area. You will also have a remote control for the gate and a key for the door. We will not disturb you during your stay, unless you need our help or request our services.

We will meet you at the villa to welcome you, give you the keys, and show you around. We will also explain how to use the appliances and the Wi-Fi. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the villa or the area.

We will also contact you before your arrival to arrange your airport transfer for reasonable fee.

We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in our villa. We respect your privacy and your space, but we are always available if you need anything. You can call us, text us, or email us anytime if there is an issue or an emergency.

**We can accommodate up to 8 guests. We have 2 sofa beds in living room available. 6 guests will be sleeping in the bedroom and 2 guests will be sleeping in living room.

Additional rules:
● Rental price exclude fee for 6 THB/kw which will be calculated by meter.

● Smoking is not allowed within the home. Smoking is allowed in the yard/patio area as long as smoking materials are disposed of properly in the receptacles provided. Violation of this policy may result in forfeiture of some or all of the Deposit. Be mindful of others when smoking because passive smoking poses a health risk to others in the vicinity of the smoker.

● People other than those in the Guest party previously listed may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in or on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.

● Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the property - inside or out.

● Towels and Linens should be left in the house. Bring beach towels if you will need towels off the premises.

● There is no European Standard system of canalization in Thailand. Do not throw paper or sanitary napkins in the toilet.

● Avoid disruptive behavior, including excessive noise and illegal activity. Evidence may forfeit deposit, including complaints from neighbors.

● Avoid making loud noise in common areas and within your unit, particularly after 10 p.m. Please remember that loud sounds from inside your unit will be heard by those in neighboring units.

● Use water sparingly, it is a precious resource.

● Ensure all shoes and other personal item are left inside your unit/balcony, leaving the stair areas outside your unit clear.
