Our fully staffed Villa Malee is set on gently sloping hillside overlooking the famous Kata Beach and Indian Ocean. The Private Infinity pool, kitchen, dining and living areas are all on the upper floor to enjoy the great views and beautiful sunsets over the Ocean. The Villa is protected by full height remote controlled cast iron gates set in huge cut limestone walls over 2 metres high.
On the ground floor there are four equally sized cool luxury bedrooms, all ensuite.
We provide FREE breakfasts, a concierge, return airport transfers and a full time chef for all meals.
We also provide a FREE daily return trip by personal Tuk Tuk to Kata Beach at your convenience.

Luxury Villa, amazing staff
I had my birthday at Villa Malee with 20 family and friends. I wish I had stayed longer but my experience was filled with gentle care, incredible food, prompt service and luxurious living. Large bedrooms, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and amazing sunsets to view Andaman sea. I wish to return asap. Chef Noi and her staff are 1st class! Bravo!

My staff and I are delighted that this guest enjoyed his stay , and his very big birthday party in Villa Malee. I think there were 18 guests for the party !
All the guests were charming and it was a pleasure to serve them.

Amazing Villa!
This Villa is amazing! The villa itself is very comfortable and has all amenities. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very comfortable. The layout of the kitchen and family room wrapping around the pool area makes it very social. The pool area itself has great views and has lots of seating area. The Villa staff were warm and friendly. They assisted us whenever required, cooked great food and kept the villa extremely clean. The owner and property manager continuously kept in contact with us the moment we booked the villa. Always available to answer questions and help wherever possible. Such a great find on Air B&B.... we are already thinking of booking our next stay!

Fabulous villa
Staying at Villa Malee is like having your own private hotel.
The staff cater to your every requirement and could not have been more helpful. Everything ran like clockwork.
The food cooked by Nok Noi was wonderful, very tasty and freshly prepared. During our stay we ate out a few times but we all agreed that the meals cooked by Nok Noi were the best we had.
Khun Noi looked after us and gave us some great recommendations of things to do and places to visit. She arranged taxis & boat hire and was available at the end of the phone 24/7 for all our queries and responded very quickly.
All in all it was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every second of it.
Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Amazing villa with wonderful chef and housekeepers
The villa is brilliant. The pool, terrace, bedrooms, bathrooms etc are all better than the photos. Spotlessly clean and everything works perfectly. There is a sea view from the pool and terrace, great air conditioning, secure grounds and its less than a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride to Kata beach and resort.But what absolutely made our stay here was the people - the housekeeping staff are just incredible. Welcoming, kind, friendly, helpful and exceptional chefs! This villa was the highlight of our holiday in Thailand, and we did stay in other more expensive villas and hotels. Often a downside to a villa holiday with a large group (8 of us) is the constant food shopping, cooking and clearing up after a meal. Not at this villa. All this is done for you with a smile and genuine hospitality - nothing was too much trouble for Mauy and her team. Fantastic fresh food every time, from western breakfasts to thai dinners, every dish was superb.Having the support of the villa manger and her team gave us a sense of security and surety as they would help arrange taxis/tuk-tuks, recommend restaurants and generally be there to help with anything and everything. I can’t recommend this property enough. Book it, you won’t regret it.

Superb Villa
We stayed for 10 days, we were a group of 3 married couples. The booking procedure was simple and correspondence between Brian the owner and I excellent.
From the moment we were collected from the airport until we were returned everything ran like clockwork.
On arrival we were met by the nicest happiest bunch of people you could wish to meet, all the staff at the villa and the manager Noi (what a lady) were there and she gave us a briefing of what we could expect. Nothing was too much trouble, the food the best Thai food any of us have ever had. Nok Noi our chef brilliant, we asked for something not on the menu and she produced it brilliantly.
Arrangements we made on our behalf for shows, shopping, cultural tour and golf. All arranged without a hitch.
The format of quality accommodation and fantastic food in a superb setting is a winner, it is far more relaxing than a hotel but with all the benefit a hotel offers and more.
We have recommended the villa to all our friends at a great base for discovering Phuket.
We all would like to thank all involved in making our holiday a memorable one and on this occasion for all the right reasons.

5 Star Experience
The Villa was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 8. The staff was very kind and responsive to our needs. The poolside and roof area was a perfect place to hang out . It is about 5-7 minute ride to the closest beach but the staff always helps arranging transportation so it was not an issue for us. Excellent option for a large group.

Highly recommend! You will NOT be disappointed!
If you book to stay here you will not be disappointed! The owner, Manager and team look after your every need and go above and beyond! The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The pool is lovely and warm and cleaned daily. There is a fantastic chill out area which is out of the sun which we maximised in the evenings to relax. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. Bedrooms and ensuites were perfect and had both ceiling fans and aircon.
From first booking Brian the owner was brilliant with exceptional communication. He even arranged a few rounds of golf for us with him and his partner along with club hire at a reasonable cost.
On arrival the welcome was amazing and we felt at home and taken care of. Nothing was too much even popping to the shop to buy some wine for us! We ate at the villa several nights and it is better than any restaurant food and we were only charged the cost of the food which was very reasonable.
Meuy who stayed at the property with us was discreet but there when we needed her. Arranging for washing to be done at a very low cost and even doing some ironing. We rented the Villa for a birthday celebration and they helped organise everything including a yummy cake!
Noi the Manager checked in with us on a regular basis and helped us to organise excursions and gave us great recommendations.
I have nothing negative to say and if you want to have the most wonderful holiday then this is the place to go! We will certainly be going back very soon! Worth every penny!
Thank you to all the team for their hard work and for making it a holiday of a lifetime! Exceptional!

A Truly Wonderful Holiday
The holiday was wonderful! Having stayed in Villa Malee 5 years ago I was hoping it would be as wonderful as it was back then. I was not disappointed !! The villa is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Phuket. Set far enough away from the hustle and bustle making it the perfect relaxation spot to enjoy the views and superb service offered, yet in walking distance of Kata beach..perfect!
Khun Noi and her team excelled themselves in being available to answer any questions we had, advise and book services and their care of us was exceptional. Villa is 5 star with beautiful clean facilities and the best of the best Thai cooking provided. Cannot fault anything it was all just so lovely and me and my guests thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back!

Great Choice
I did quite a lot of research before selecting this property owned by Brian. The location was perfect - very close to Kata Beach; breakfast included; fanatastic live-in staff who took care of our every request. Splendid and authentic Thai dinners cooked by staff. You can't go wrong with this property.

My staff and I are delighted that David and his extended family enjoyed their Christmas Holiday in Villa Malee. Their sons and daughters and friends came from all parts of the world to meet up for a splendid family reunion.
We were very happy to provide the villa in which they could all relax and recharge their batteries . David's daughter was a Miss World contestant would had just spent a month in China, so it was great to meet her as well.
