You can’t find a better base camp for all of your NRG activities! This property is designed with your comfort in mind and promises an unforgettable stay!

This incredible property is a short, 7 minute drive from Adventures on the Gorge(the premier adventure outfitter in West Virginia) and offers mountain biking/hiking trails within walking distance and access to some of the best climbing at the New River Gorge (Ambassador Buttress and Endless Wall) only a mile away.

Room Accommodations:

-Bedroom 1: King Bed, 50” Smart TV, Closet, Full length mirror, Leather match upholstered chairs. (2nd Floor)

-Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 50” Smart TV, Working space with desk (1st floor)

-Bedroom 3: Full bed, 50” Smart TV, Full length Mirror (1st floor)

-Bedroom 4: Full over full bunk beds with twin trundle, 50” Smart TV, kids play set (2nd floor)

-Bedroom 5: Twin Bunk (2nd Floor)

Livingroom has a sleeper sofa with high quality mattress (queen, 1st floor)

All bedrooms are equipped with premium pillows, linens, and sheets, closets with hangers and shelves, and nightstands with reading lights. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible!

All bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Bath towels, hand towels, and makeup towels/washcloths are also provided. There is also a hair dryer in each of the bathrooms (Just helping you save on that luggage space!).

The Master Bath has both a walk-in shower and large bathtub. Full bathroom number two also has a bathtub, with number 3 being a half bath.

-Game Room: Full Bar setup with fridge and sink, Pool table, Pac-Man and NBA Jam Arcade games, Wii Fit and Wii sports, wall games, Checkers, Chess, Jenga, and a 55” Smart TV to keep the game on while you play yours complete with popcorn machine! We have a comfortable couch to enjoy the entertainment from as well!

-Golf Simulator room: State of the art SkyTrak MAX SIG10 golf simulator with 34 full golf courses including pebble beach golf links and shot optimizer incorporated into the practice suite! The room also has a 55” Smart TV, comfortable sectional couch, Pac-Man and Fast and the Furious arcade games, Golf clubs and balls, our beautiful new river gorge wall mural, and cozy atmosphere to enjoy the game or your favorite show/movie!

Please note that this is a professional grade system valued at $10,000 with setup. By booking, guests agree to the following replacement fees for damages:
- Impact Screen Tear: $800
- IPAD Damage: $1,000
-Launch Monitor/sensor Damage: $3,500 + additional costs if over baseline
-Projector Damage: $1,200
-Total System Replacement: $10,000
-Lost or broken Golf Clubs and balls will be billed for the replacement price (balls $5 each, clubs $150 per iron/putter and $300 per wood).

-Kids Play Room: We have a space for the kids too! Complete with Kid’s Teepee and toys, a market station, books and games this is surely to be a hit with the youngsters!

-Living room: 55” Smart TV & extremely comfortable couch (one of those that you really sink in to. our favorite)

-Dining room: Large dining table with seating for 10.

-Kitchen: Gas stove, double ovens, Microwave, cuisinart coffee maker, Seasoning set, and fully-stocked with plenty of dinnerware, utensils, pots & pans, plastic plates and cups for the kids and the outdoor area, and even serving dishes! (Don’t forget the complimentary Coffee Bar!) The large island has plenty of room to stage your feast on or hang out at while the meal is prepared.

-Laundry room: Equipped with washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets! We also provide an iron and ironing board for your use in the case of a formal gathering.

-Back Deck: The covered part of the deck is a great place to hang out and play games in any weather! With comfortable seating for 6 it promises good times for all. If you're looking to be out in the sun, the open air patio boasts an additional dining table for 12 and easy access to all the backyard amenities. The outdoor grill, full set of grill utensils and full tank of propane is located here as well for your culinary use! This is the perfect place for relaxing and taking in the fresh air over refreshments!

-Outdoor Fire Pit: Enjoy the propane fire pit with great views and seating for 8!

-Hot Tub/Cold Tub/Sauna: Next to the fire pit, the Hot tub, Cold Tub and Sauna sit in proximity to each other for all your relaxation and recovery needs!

-Backyard: The back yard is amazing! The private 20' x 44' custom Pickleball court is all yours, with perfect views of the game from the hot tub, cold tub and fire pit for any eager onlookers! For the kids there is an amazing backyard playset as well to burn off that energy before bedtime! With all that, there is still plenty of space for activities & games in the yard. We have giant connect 4, giant Jenga and cornhole for the whole family to enjoy as well! The Sauna and Hot tub are close to each other for easy transition back and forth!

-Endless Wall Trailhead (8 mins): Most popular hike in New River Gorge National Park with access to multiple climbing areas.

Other things to note:

Most Important:

Our home is part of a private, gated community with a strong HOA built around protecting privacy and security for all owners and guests, so rest assured you can relax and enjoy a safe environment for the duration of your stay!
This also means we have some rules that MUST be adhered to during your stay:
-No Trespassing on other houses property (Don't walk across yards, go up driveways etc)
-Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm and 7am. (A quiet firepit hangout or night pickleball is okay. Doing those things while playing loud music, not okay. Please use common sense and be considerate of our neighbors!)
-No street parking (We have a large driveway that should have plenty of room for your entire entourages vehicles.)

***If the police are called for any reason related to trespassing or noise complaints, the HOA holds the power to evict tenants and we will not be able to provide refunds.***

No pets allowed: As much as we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets at our home for the sake of our guests with allergies. Guests that bring pets in violation of our no-pet policy will be charged a $450 fee to cover a deep clean of the property at cost. Additional charges may apply for any damages caused by the pet.

Non-smoking: This includes the outdoor area as well - we are a family-friendly home & we would like to maintain the property clear of any traces of cigarettes/other smoking evidence, especially for the little ones who come to visit after you! We do have a noise/smoke detector within the home that will notify us if any smoke is detected, and you will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected.

No Indoor Fireplace: Unfortunately, our indoor fireplace is not available for use due to liability reasons for all parties.

No glass outside: We provide outdoor-friendly cups and wine glasses. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected to cover additional cleaning costs. If any glass gets in the tubs, you will be liable to cover a full drain, clean, and refill of the tubs. Once again, this is a family-friendly home and we need to think about future guests, especially young ones.

Security Cameras: We have cameras looking at the front door and each of the other entrances to the house. These are for security purposes only and are only reviewed in the case of break-in or theft!
