Your stay at Hickory Hideaway begins on the lower level, where you’ll enter into a comfortable second living space designed for relaxing and spreading out. With plenty of seating, a 55” Roku Smart TV, mini refrigerator, and convenient counter space, this area works perfectly for movie nights, games, drinks, a workspace, or simply giving everyone a little extra room to unwind.

Just off the living area is a spacious king suite that feels like a retreat of its own. The room features a comfortable king-size bed, full-size leather sofa, and large 65” Roku Smart TV—perfect for guests who appreciate a little extra space and privacy.

The fireplace in this room is decorative and not available for guest use.

A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level, making the downstairs especially comfortable for guests staying in the king suite. You’ll also find the washer and dryer here for added convenience during longer stays.

Make your way upstairs to the heart of Hickory Hideaway, where an inviting living room offers another comfortable place for everyone to gather. Modern leather furniture surrounds a 65” Roku Smart TV, creating a cozy spot for morning coffee, conversation, movie nights, or relaxing after a day by the pool.

The spacious, well-stocked kitchen makes it easy to feel right at home. With plenty of counter space, cookware, and everyday essentials, you’ll have what you need for everything from a quick breakfast before heading outside to a home-cooked dinner together.

The adjoining dining area provides a comfortable place to gather for meals, play a game, or set up a laptop when needed.

Also on the main level, the primary king suite offers a peaceful place to recharge. It features a comfortable king-size bed along with generous built-in closet and drawer storage.

Sliding patio doors lead to the back of the home, where a small table and chairs provide a quiet little spot to sit and enjoy some added privacy. The bathroom on this level connects to the primary bathroom.

The second main-level bedroom is warm and inviting, with a comfortable queen-size bed, full closet, dresser, nightstand and lamp, room-darkening curtains, a 40” Smart TV, workspace, and chair. It’s a cozy, restful room for family or additional guests.

Hickory Hideaway offers two full indoor bathrooms—one on each level—stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your stay.

There’s also a convenient seasonal outdoor half bath located right beside the pool and cabana, so there’s no need to head through the house with wet feet during pool days.


Outside is where HH really comes to life. Spend warm days enjoying your private in-ground pool, with a maximum depth of approximately 5 feet—perfect for floating, cooling off, and enjoying time together.

The pool area is fenced and surrounded by a sidewalk for easy access around the space. Just steps away, the cabana and hot tub create a cozy spot to unwind.

With high-speed Wi-Fi, climate control, multiple Roku Smart TVs, two separate living areas, laundry facilities, and plenty of room to spread out, Hickory Hideaway is thoughtfully set up for family getaways, couples, friends, and longer stays.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two full indoor bathrooms, both living areas, and the seasonal outdoor half bath. You’ll also have exclusive use of the pool, cabana, hot tub, and surrounding outdoor spaces during your stay.

Parking is available for approximately 3–5 vehicles. The detached garage remains locked and is not available for guest use.

Pool Season & Heating

The Hickory Hideaway pool is seasonally open May through September, weather permitting.

Pool heating is available by advance request and for an additional fee. When heating is requested, the pool may be heated to a maximum of 86°F.

The pool-heating fee ranges from $25–$75 per day, depending on outdoor temperatures and the amount of heating required. Because weather conditions can affect how quickly an outdoor pool warms and maintains temperature, heating must be arranged in advance and the desired temperature cannot always be guaranteed.
