Living room featuring modern, comfortable leather furniture. The space is centered around a 65-inch Roku Smart TV, making it perfect for movie nights, streaming your favorite shows, or unwinding after a day of exploring. With an inviting layout, this is a great place to gather and relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals comfortably, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a home-cooked dinner. Ample counter space, cookware, and essential utensils make it easy to feel right at home. The dining area provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals or get some work done.
The primary bedroom serves as a private retreat and features a king-size bed, ample storage with a built in closet and drawers, sliding patio doors that exit to back of home and a small table and chairs that provide a bit of extra privacy and relaxation. The en suite bathroom is directly connected to this bedroom, offering added privacy and convenience—perfect for couples or guests seeking extra comfort.
Bedroom two offers a cozy and inviting space with a comfortable queen-size bed, full size closet, nightstand with lamp and full dresser drawers. King Suite (Bedroom 3)
This spacious bedroom serves as an additional primary suite, offering a luxurious king bed for ultimate comfort. The room also features a full size leather couch, along with a large 65-inch Roku smart Tv.
Bedroom three is located on the lower level, offering added privacy and flexibility. Fireplace in this room is non-useable by guests.
This level also features the second bathroom, making it ideal for guests staying downstairs.
The lower level includes a comfortable lounge area w a mini refrigerator, counter space for entertainment or workspace, with a 55"Roku Smart TV and ample seating. Providing a relaxed secondary living space perfect for movie nights, kids, bar area or anyone wanting their own retreat.

Both bathrooms are clean, modern, and well maintained, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.
Poolside Bathroom .5
The poolside bathroom is conveniently located outdoors, right next to the cabana and pool, making it easy for guests to freshen up without tracking water through the house. Designed for comfort and practicality, this space is perfect for pool days, outdoor lounging, and entertaining adding an extra level of convenience and privacy while enjoying the outdoor amenities (seasonally open).

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located on the lower level bathroom.
Heated In-Ground Pool & Cabana
Enjoy your own private heated (see info for heating pool in other notes section) in-ground pool, with a 5-foot depth that’s perfect for both relaxing swims and playful pool time. The pool is surrounded by a sidewalk, making it easy and safe to move around the area. The pool is bordered by a fence that complements the outdoor space while ensuring an extra level of safety.
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, all three bathrooms, and all indoor living spaces. You’re also welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas, including the pool, cabana, hot tub, and surrounding seating areas.
The property offers ample parking for 3-5 vehicles. Please note that the detached garage is off-limits for guest use and will remain locked during your stay. All other areas shown in the listing are exclusively yours to enjoy.
Pool Availability & Heating Policy – Hickory Hideaway
The Hickory Hideaway pool is open weather permitting from the month of May through the month of September. Pool heating is available during the month of May only, upon request, and for an additional fee. When heating is requested, the pool will be heated to a maximum temperature of [87]°F.
The additional pool-heating fee ranges from $25 to $75 per day, depending on outdoor temperatures and the amount of time required for the pool to reach the set temperature. Please note that weather conditions may affect the pool’s ability to achieve or maintain the desired temperature. Pool heating must be requested in advance.
