Designed by Interior Particulier, this contemporary masterpiece spares no expense in providing a luxurious yet welcoming sanctuary. The living room captivates with 12-foot Fleetwood pocket doors, a fireplace adorned with handmade Zia tiles, and built-in white oak shelving. The chef`s kitchen boasts Dacor appliances, Neolith counters, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. Upstairs, discover a den and 3 en-suite bedrooms, including a sprawling primary suite with a private balcony, office, and spa-like bathroom adorned with Neolith Riverwashed tile. Guest bathrooms feature Heath Ceramics tile and Kohler fixtures.
Guests will have access to the entire home and the garage to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener who needs access to the home to service the plants on the roof as well as the front yard.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business.
