This three-bedroom Venice home is a private monthly retreat on Rose Ave, just blocks from the beach. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The open layout features high ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, dining for six, and large windows that connect to a landscaped backyard with outdoor dining and seating. Fenced entry and a peaceful residential setting make this an ideal home base for stays of one to three months.

This three-bedroom home sits on a quiet stretch of Rose Ave in Venice Beach, offering a rare combination of space, privacy, and walkability for monthly stays.

From the street, a fenced entry leads through a landscaped front yard and walkway to the front door. There is a small seating area at the entrance, and through a large front window you can see straight through the home to the backyard, giving an immediate sense of light and openness.

Inside, the home is well designed with high ceilings throughout and a layout that makes excellent use of every room. To the left of the entry is the open living and kitchen area. The living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a center island, modern appliances, and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen windows open directly to the backyard, creating a true indoor outdoor living space that is easy to cook, host, and relax in.

Behind the kitchen is a small home office, along with a washer and dryer, thoughtfully tucked into the layout without feeling squeezed.

To the right of the entry are the three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, and the remaining two bedrooms offer a queen and a full bed. All three rooms are private and well separated from the common living areas.

Stepping outside, the backyard includes a dining table that seats six, a comfortable seating area, and a small grass yard with room for lawn games. The outdoor space is private, well-maintained, and easy to enjoy throughout the day.

The back of the property includes a separate residence accessed from the alley, complete with its own private entrance and living space on the second floor. Guests staying at the main house who need a little extra space will love the option to book the back unit separately. This one bedroom retreat features a queen bed and full size sofa bed, accommodating up to 2 additional guests, with short term stays available starting at just 3 nights.

There is no dedicated onsite parking, however street parking in the area is generally easy to find.

Guests will have access to the entire home, front yard, backyard, and street parking. The back of the property includes a separate unit with its own entrance from the alley. There will be no shared spaces or interaction with anyone on the property unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

This home is located on Rose Ave in Venice Beach, one of the most desirable and walkable streets in the neighborhood. Often considered a quieter, more residential alternative to Abbot Kinney, Rose Ave offers a strong mix of restaurants, cafes, and everyday shops. Whole Foods is just a few blocks away.

The beach and bike path are a short walk or ride from the front door. The Venice Canals, Abbot Kinney Blvd, and Lincoln Blvd are all easily accessible. The home sits across from Penmar Golf Course, which adds to the quiet, tree-lined feel of the street.

For families or small groups, the location offers the best of Venice without the noise or congestion of the busier corridors.

While visiting Southern California, having a car is the preferred mode of transportation for most, considering the wealth of unique attractions within a two-hour radius of this home. For the adventurous explorer, a car is highly recommended to fully appreciate the diverse experiences the area offers. However, if you`re inclined to arrive and seamlessly unwind at the house during your vacation, rest assured that Uber and Lyft services are readily available for convenient and hassle-free local transportation in Los Angeles.

24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you`re staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you`ll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

-For stays over 30 days, we offer optional mid-stay cleanings for an additional fee. These provide a full refresh of the home and linens, and we recommend scheduling one every 15 days. Our professional housekeeping team is paid a fair, livable wage and plays a vital role in ensuring each stay is comfortable and exceptionally clean.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
