Important Check-In with Penn Estates

🗺 Concierge Arrival. Penn Estates is a gated community, so one small setup step and one simple check-in. 10 days out we'll send the HOA form (5 minutes). On arrival, stop at the North Gate Welcome Center - we'll text turn-by-turn from I-80, coordinate with gate staff, and confirm your smart-lock code. Uber/Lyft: say "North Gate, Penn Estates, East Stroudsburg" and we'll relay directly.

Community Access & Registration (Required)
ZenAway Woodland Retreat is located within the gated Penn Estates Community, which requires advance registration for all guests.

• All guests must complete the HOA registration form prior to arrival (After booking, you will receive a message with a link to complete the renter agreement. Signing this agreement is required to confirm your stay)
• Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access
• Maximum: 12 guests and 5 vehicles
• Entry will be denied for unregistered guests or extra vehicles

Parking:
• Please park only in the home’s designated driveway
• Street or unauthorized parking may result in tickets or towing by the HOA
• Guests are responsible for any fines incurred during their stay

Hot Tub
Our hot tub is complimentary for guest use and maintained regularly for your comfort. Use is at your own risk.

• The hot tub is not heated continuously, so please allow time to reach temperature
• After deep cleaning, it may be refilled and require up to 24 hours to fully heat
• Please follow posted guidelines to help maintain water quality

Exterior Security

For safety and property protection:

• Two outdoor cameras are installed
• One monitors the front entrance, and one monitors the driveway
• Cameras record video and audio when motion is detected
• There are no cameras inside the home

For safety and compliance:

• Guests may be asked to complete a third-party identity verification
• You may receive an email - please check your inbox or spam folder
• Reach out to us if you need assistance

Pet Policy
