THE SPA PAVILION

A wood-paneled screened-porch room built around a hot tub. Big windows on three sides, forest views, lights you can control. Comfortable enough to use in shorts during summer thunderstorms and in snow during ski weekends. This is the room you rebook for.

KITCHEN & DINING

LIVING ROOMS

Main level: vaulted ceilings, walls of windows, stone fireplace, modern sectional, smart TV. The architectural moment of the house. Lower level: second living room with a wet bar.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete a quick Guest Registration and Lease Form. It's a standard procedure around here aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests, and as a result, ranks as one of the safest communities in PA! Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 5-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, the HOA makes it a hassle to add / change cars, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $375 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
