Omg from the moment I booked this property for a reunion get together I was so excited my entire group couldn’t stop speaking about the amount of space the amenities and omg the kitchen was amazing I will definitely be booking this property again for the summer to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities they have thank you so much for everything

**An Outstanding Stay for Our Annual Golf Trip — 5 Stars! **Six of us stayed at this home for our annual guys’ golf trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The check-in process was seamless, and the host thought of everything to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. They even left snacks, coffee pods, and creamers, which was a great touch and meant we didn’t have to run out to the store as soon as we arrived.We spent our days playing three great golf courses and exploring the local cuisine, then returned to the house each evening to relax and enjoy the fantastic downstairs game room and bar area. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day on the course. We enjoyed sitting around the bar, playing pool and shuffleboard, and watching the baseball playoffs. Some of the guys also took advantage of the sauna to relax after golf.The house was ideal for our group, with plenty to keep everyone entertained and a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to spend time together. The attention to detail, thoughtful amenities, and excellent hospitality really made a difference.**Definitely a five-star experience!** We had a fantastic trip, and this home was a big part of what made it so memorable. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay, especially for a group getaway. Thanks to the host for thinking of everything and helping make our annual golf trip such a success!

This has been one of the best properties myself and my family have stayed at! An amazing home. So much room throughout this house. A fabulous kitchen were we were able to make some of our fabulous spanish style dishes. The enormous deck made the mornings having coffee so beautiful and the evenings filled with laughter and joyous talks while we grilled and had some adult beverages. To top it off a game room for our children and adults to definitely enjoy. This private community also has an awesome pool and lake minutes away. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay, this home is the one. Our host was great. Asking if they can do anything to make our stay better. Responding every time I had a question. Very informative. I highly recommend and look forward in booking again.

The property was perfect for our family of 13 and two dogs. It was better than the pictures. The only snag was that we had a 4 PM check in and were locked out of the house until 5:30 PM. The host was aware of it but we had to wait for someone to unlock a screen door which had been locked by mistake. Also there was a mixup when we went to the pool since the host didn't submit our names and it had to be cleared up.The rest of our stay was smooth and we had no problems at all. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and they graciously provided a cot and a blow up bed so our teenagers could sleep in the game room. There is no construction of a pool going on as stated in the description so don't let that stop you from renting. The development is very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful Home!!!

This house was the perfect weekend get away for my group of 10, and our dogs! This house is so spacious and clean! There was something for everyone! Very well maintained and amenities were great!!!! We have stayed at several homes this by far has been out favorite! We will return for sure!!!

Amazing

The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly want or need. The game room was so much fun. They really went above and beyond for us. I would definitely stay there again next year. It was even decorated for valentines day.

Great family-friendly house

We were a large three-generation family (6 adults, four kids ages 6,8,10, and 13), and the house was wonderful for all. The downstairs playroom was a particular hit, with basketball, air hockey, pool, shuffleboard, chess and board games. The kitchen is very large and well-stocked, and the host was very accommodating.

Great house for my small golf outing. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. House came nicely stocked with everything you need. I had an issue with the tv streaming service but communication with pocono pads was prompt. I would recommend it to anyone and will probably be back. They are even putting in a pool!

We had a wonderful family Christmas at this lovely home. Decorated both inside and out for the holidays made it magical. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance, bakeware and serving ware. The kids and adults enjoyed the lower level game room. The sauna was a plus feature. The living room couch was cozy and fit almost all of us at once. The host was great about keeping in touch before and during our stay. Even arranged for snow removal. The WiFi was spotty at times but it's because of the location. The only thing we missed was enough silverware but I'm sure the host will soon remedy this. I highly recommend this place!
