Welcome to `The Ocean`s Edge,` your private waterfront retreat on the 17th floor of Bay Watch Resort`s Tower 3. This beautiful beachfront condo offers a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light and stunning, direct ocean views. It comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.

Walking & Biking: The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance, and North Myrtle Beach is bike-friendly, with rental shops nearby.

This condo is a professionally managed Myrtle Stays Vacations property.

* Your 17th-floor location in Tower 3 ensures a more peaceful and private stay away from the main lobby.

* The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

* We provide a starter kit of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to get you settled in.

* Fresh linens and bath towels are included for your stay.

* Coin-operated washer and dryer facilities are available for your use in the building.

* Beach chairs and umbrella: not provided with the unit, but they are available for seasonal rental on the beach directly from the lifeguards.

* Parking Limitations: Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the resort parking deck. Each condo is limited to two (2) parking spaces total. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the parking deck. Any overnight parking fees are set and collected by the resort front desk and are not managed by the host.

* Rental Agreement: You must complete our Rental Agreement within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and replaces a traditional security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Free Parking : Guests have access to free on-site parking for 2 vehicles and complimentary Vehicles over 6`6` will not fit into the parking deck and may need to park in the overflow lot that may incur nightly fees and rented out by the front desk.
