Bay Watch 1235 at Big Fish Rentals.

UPDATE: Yes, the beaches, pools, and restaurants are now open. This condo is professionally cleaned and we have contactless check-in.
This beautiful 12th Floor at Bay Watch Resort is steps from the beach at North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy beautiful beaches and heated pools all year round. Great location that is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach. This condo is comfortable with all the extras you would expect in a beachfront condo. This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom - Sleeps 6 Condo that has 1 King Bed in the main bedroom, a murphy bed in the living room and a couch that folds out into a bed to sleep additional people in the living area. We have full-sized appliances for cooking and entertaining guests. Great condo with a great view of the beach.

From the living area, you can walk out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air and watch the sun peek out over the Atlantic in the mornings. The bedroom is equipped with a TV as well as two queen beds, each with new bedding and pillows.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away.

Relax by the many pools, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, enjoy the balcony in the evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do. We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Baywatch Resort will have ongoing renovations starting October 2025. Guests may experience some noise or minor disruptions during the day.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. The ocean view was amazing, and we enjoyed leaving the door open at night and listening to the ocean. The condo was perfect. It was very clean and the bed was absolutely amazing. I slept so good each night. We are planning on going back as soon as we can.

Great place and location was perfect. It was very close to shopping and restaurants. I have stayed in these condos a few times and always a great time.

Perfect little spot

This room was very clean and as described. The bed was super comfy, we slept so good. The view was incredible. The host was very responsive and helpful. A wonderful stay.

Beautiful location

Loved the location and the overall resort. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is not equipped to store food you purchase or to do much cooking. They finally gave one dishtowel for the week but no dish rag to wash dishes. No hot pads to take something out of the oven. Had to go buy tin pans to cook.

Great unit for our weekend getaway for just the 2 of us. Unit was clean and comfortable. Great views. Location made it easy to get to local attractions. A/C worked well.

Not a Place for a Great Vacation

The location, outside of the buildings, pools and lazy rivers were great!! Then it went downhill and fast from there. We do not recommend Big Fish Rentals! The checking process was not easily done or reliable as it has been with other rentals in the past. The check-in code was not sent on time and until it finally came thru over 35 minutes late they kept insisting it had been sent. There was no television reception in the living room - they kept saying someone would come -no one ever came and finally on Sunday my husband was able to figure it out with No Help from them. There was dirt and dust hanging from the vents and the top of the refrigerator has not been cleaning in months. The odd pots were old. Some of the dishes and silverware in the cabinet were dirty. The furniture and beds in the living room were old and uncomfortable. There were no fans in the condo -even with the air conditioning everything that we had in the condo stated damp and eventually smelled. No closet space. These were the worst indoor facilities were have ever rented.

Its true.

When we checked in they said they didn't have our reservation but its privately managed. ( we should have just gone to the condo)Was a little worried. Thought the price couldn't be true but it was just as folks said. I kept holding my breathe for something to go wrong. Nope ! The only problem was the lack of soap.

Great small condo.

This was a great small condo perfect for a couple. The kitchen is small, so no major cooking adventures are possible. Other than that , it was great.

First time to MB and sure to return

This was one of the loveliest vacations we have had. What helped was the beautiful, well appointed condo we rented. The management of this place was really on top of any questions. We are already discussing when to go back. If all Big Fish rentals are this nice, I will not hesitate to recommend them and stay with them again.

Nice oceanfront room

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice. One of the drawbacks was the parking is across the street and you have to take an elevator down and then cross the street and take another elevator. So, its best to make sure you dont forget anything. Lol! Pools were excellent, the hot tub was very nice. The list of do's and don'ts from the rental company was a bit much but all and all, the property and the rental its self was wonderful.

Amazing Stay!

Our first time stay at Bay Watch Resort was absolutely wonderful! Our first impression when opening the door of the condo was the smell! Oh my goodness it smelled so wonderful and clean. Everything was clean to perfection! Every staff member we came in contact with, carried a smile on their face and greeted us with such kindness. We had an issue with the refrigerator (at noone's fault). We text the number that was provided to us in our booking information and the problem was fixed immediately! The prompt response was wonderful! My family takes a trip to the beach every year and we will book again!!

Property was decently clean, bedroom and bath are large, living space is decently large, kitchenette is tiny and only has 1 dish towel. Murphy bed is nice we used for the kids. Big enough for 2-4 people. Host is responsive and easy to work with. Biggest complaint is the noise, and the TV in the living room is super old so no apps, it's is not a smart tv, and Wifi is very slow. If you move or change anything and dont put it back you will be charged. For a cheap stay right on the beach it's adequate.

Overall - Great Place to Stay!

Great view and not far from Broadway for lots of fun. I will say the kitchen is very small for a family of 5 but we made it work. They do not have outside grills, which we wish they did. But overall a great place to stay!

Long weekend

The room was clean. Great view off the balcony. It’s a non-smoking facility but that didn’t stop people smoking cigarettes and weed on their balconies which was irritating. Rental company graciously offered to come a night earlier for a great rate. We asked for two parking passes to be able to do so and they said no, 1 bedroom, 1 parking pass was their answer. Upon arrival there were 2 parking passes in the room so it was very frustrating that it caused us to not be able to take advantage of an amazing offer. Wouldn’t negotiate either even with it “off season”. There were floors of empty parking spaces. Enjoyed the pool side bar for lunch every day.
