Ceci est un condo de coin magnifiquement rénové, en bord de mer, dans la section Windy Hill de North Myrtle Beach. Cette unité peut accueillir un maximum de 4 personnes avec 1 lit king et 1 plein et dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour cuisiner. Ce condo a été récemment rénové en janvier 2015 et dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Cette unité est directement en bord de mer avec une vue magnifique sur la plage vous permettant de vous détendre sur votre balcon et donnant sur la piscine en bord de mer et profiter du soleil de l'après-midi.

A Place at the Beach Windy Hill est situé dans la section Windy Hill de North Myrtle Beach, à quelques minutes de Barefoot Landing. Close to the beach.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. It’s not a huge place but it’s quiet and right on the beach. The view is amazing and the people are very friendly.

Beach condo

Next to beach, beach view from condo, balcony with patio but furniture on patio not as pictured and not in great shape. Still enjoyed stay and the ocean view. Check in and out easy.

Cozy place on the beach

We had a very good stay! Loved waking up, sitting on the lanai sipping coffee, watching the waves roll in. Beach was clean and not too busy. Pool was the perfect temperature. We had a very nice stay! Just wished we could of stayed longer.

We loved the location and the condo amenities. The kitchen cookware was limited and needs to be updated. The floor was not cleaned properly. We had good weather and a good time overall.

Smaller than the photos indicate

Great location, and a decent condo, but a bit worn and rundown. Probably could use a bit more "renovation." Nice pool and hot tub, and a short walk to beach. Close to Barefoot Landing. Many restaurants nearby. Great view from deck overlooking pool area and beach. The description says "Newly renovated", but I would say the renovation needs to be competed.

Great Experience

Overall our stay was great. We do like to eat breakfast and lunch at "home" while on vacation and do recommend some updated cookware and some plastic dishes. We have a 3 year old and glass isnt the safest bet. But the view was beautiful, the staff at North Beach Realty and APATB were super friendly. The space is small but worked well for our family of 4.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pics make this condo look very big and nice. But it isn’t! It’s very small and very outdated. The shower had mold all over it and the beds are the hardest I’ve ever seen! I bought a new set of sheets and covered the gross couch with them. Don’t think we will be staying here again.

Nice visit. Place was much smaller than I imagined

The rooms were much smaller than I imagined; 4 people kind of ran into each other. 4 people could not all sit on balcony together. Kitchen stock is minimal at best. King bed-I slept well!! Hated the plexiglass on balcony - impedes a breeze. Paid clothes washer & dryer was disappointing. Beach was awesome!!!

Nice Condo

The location of the condo was excellent. It was very clean which is extremely important to me. It was a little smaller than I thought it was going to be, but it was manageable. My only complaint was that I didn’t like the layout of the master bedroom and bathroom. No light at all in the daytime and in the morning it was dark in the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and the view of the beach from the balcony was awesome.

Vacation 2023

The place was pretty. Nice area but One big inconvenience, the elevator got hit by lightning a few days before we arrived. They called to tell us which one was nice . we were told hopefully back in service Monday or Tuesday. As it turned out it was not going to be fixed the remaining time of our vacation. That’s the only what incident that was disappointing about our 2023 vacay!! Sincerely Chrystal Bean

Not as advertised

Unit was clean but too many unkept small problems. Price vs unit was not accurate. Unit needs updating from the problems and furniture was worn out. Very disappointed in what was advertised to actual property.

Dirty

This place was dirty. We always wipe up surfaces upon arriving where we are staying with Clorox wipes but we had to do some cleaning to try to feel a little comfortable especially with our 18 month old. We did not feel comfortable and would never stay here again. The floors were black, there was dust everywhere, black mold in the showers and toothpaste splattered on the bathroom sink faucets just to list a few things. Will never stay here again.

Says for 4 people but space is set up for 2. Seating area to watch tv is small and only had a 2 seater couch with a hard chair and hard kitchen table chairs. Only 2 people can sit on balcony which is also small. Not worth the price.

Frustration

As far as the location. North Beach Realty made things rough. Ac didnt work half the time. Temp inside of unit got in the 80's . Was told the Ac wasnt draining properly. Ac tech told us it would countinue to act up. North Beach was notified about the issue and the personnel was rude to us. Needless to say we left early. The location was perfect. Peaceful.

The condo was just ok. The bed was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Furniture was absolutely awful and uncomfortable. There needs to be at least one comfortable chair to sit on when watching tv at night. The floor was so filthy. Our feet were black from just walking in the condo. My shoes are probably permanently ruined from the dirt inside. The refrigerator had remnants of lettuce in the bin. Just Ok for inside but the complex was great! I brought our towels but we did sleep on sheets provided.

Not exactly what we expected

Newly Renovated-hardly……..The internet was basically non existent despite asking the property manager to take action. It was freezing cold and standing out in the rain to get service in the parking lot was not as expected. The hallway contained the kitchen, yes the kitchen; Cockroaches in bathrooms. TV frightful; So much dust on the bottom side of one chair; chair cushions dirty; balcony the size of postage stamp and not suitable for 4 guests; no beach towels; master bedroom closet filled to overflowing with mops, brooms, pails, flip flops and goodness knows what else! Oh yes and the online advert showed a washer and dryer but did not mention there was one washer and dryer on floors 1/3/5 and not physically within the unit!

Vacation Rental Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo 7/30 - 8/6. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. We did have a few minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. We were very grateful that the management company took our requests and immediately corrected them. We did not feel the condo was the cleanest and did scrub the floors ourselves a few times, however, the management company rectified this issue for us and offered to come back and clean it again. We were very satisfied with how they handled all of our concerns. From my understanding, there is a major employee shortage in North Myrtle so we did our best to be understanding that they are doing the best they can to get these units cleaned in the short window they have. I would recommend the management company fix the shower door as it is still broken and they put up a shower liner which just clung to us as we showered which was very annoying. Otherwise, this unit was in the perfect location and we couldn't have asked for a better company to manage the property.
