The Space:

The main living area is located on the third level, featuring a spacious and inviting living room that flows seamlessly into a fully stocked kitchen. Equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, this kitchen is a chef's delight. One primary bedroom and ensuite bath, along with a half-bath, are also on this level.

Step out onto the deck to soak in the sun as you take in the serene surroundings.

On the second level, you will find three generously sized bedrooms, along with a compact kitchen that includes a regular-size refrigerator, sink, microwave, and drip coffee maker—perfect for preparing quick meals or refreshments.

The first level offers a cozy living area complete with a TV and a beverage fridge, ideal for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. This level also features a bunk room, perfect for accommodating extra guests or family members.

Parking is a breeze with space for three vehicles in the driveway, along with guest access to one garage.
