The Space:

Come soak up some sun and sea air at the charming house called Vitamin Sea, a 4BD, 3BA home located in desirable Sunflower Beach, the ultimate locale for active families and beach lovers. Enjoy a short walk to the community pool area or down to the beach via the sidewalk to the golf cart-accessible boardwalk.



Enjoy a spacious interior with a nautical décor that reflects the nearby scenery; with views of the protected dunes from the two private balconies. The community features two shared pools, a sparkling resort pool with a convenient dining pavilion; a seasonal café; and shaded kid's lounge; and a tranquil adults-only pool. Sunflower Beach's 50 acres of walkable space promote community and quiet surroundings. Walk or drive your golf cart over the boardwalk to the beach for easy and convenient access.



Vitamin Sea offers plenty of sleeping space and many options for your group. Between a beautiful and spacious living area, there are two patios to enjoy the Gulf breezes. Head out to the balcony to relax in the fresh ocean air. Enjoy early-morning coffee or late-night toddies on the intimate sitting veranda. The enclosed private courtyard offers a large dining table and wicker seating to enjoy the afternoon after a fun day enjoying all that Port A has to offer.



Enjoy the second-floor family room/kitchen combination while cooking in the gourmet, fully stocked kitchen. Entertaining and cooking is a breeze with high-quality stainless-steel appliances; offering all that one desires. As well as wine glasses; beautiful dishes; and Cephalon pans. Gather at the elegant dining table adjoining the family room or move to the courtyard to just relax. On the second level, the master bedroom is a serene and sophisticated oasis; with a king bed; a 49" TV; and a private balcony. The adjacent master bathroom features a large walk-in closet; dual vanity; and large walk-in shower.



Located on the first (ground) floor: There are two beautifully appointed guest rooms that include comfortable queen beds and roomy closets; while the fourth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds with plenty of room for kids to sleep.



Two full bathrooms are easy for guests to share downstairs. A full bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower is accessible via the third bedroom. An additional full bathroom with a tub/shower combination on the first floor is convenient to the courtyard.



More details include a washer/dryer; outdoor shower; complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for three cars (one in the garage; and two in the driveway. A golf cart rental will use one of these spaces.)
