Perfect neighborhood, house very nice and the owner was super wonderful! So close to beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We really enjoyed our time there.
A slightly older house but lots of room. Upstairs bedrooms are a little small with only 1 bathroom, but it worked out fine. Big kitchen and plenty of room for everyone downstairs.
Weâve stayed in this general area before, but this is the first place that has gotten us through the week on toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap! Issue with AC temperature, and reviewed with owner during and after stay. Quick responses at all times. Back patio was also great for hanging out as a family with plenty of seating options.
Great location, great communication and friendliness with owner
The house was in a great location from the beach. The house was decorated nicely! Communication with owner was spot on and they were kund enough to ket us check in a bit earlier since no one was staying there prior to us.
The home itself was not clean. There was a lot of areas that were very dirty and we had to go in and basically clean up ourselves for our short stay. I did advise the owner that she should check with her cleaning crew and make sure they start cleaning, especially with the amount of money paid and the amount of money they receive to clean.
Was disappointed to have to clean for a house that we paid good money for.
Happy that the location was very convenient for the beach and a nice neighborhood!
The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had, the house was decorated so cute and perfect for the beach setting. We will defiantly be coming back.
Great neighborhood location. So close to the beach but did need to drive to haul our things. Lovely updated kitchen. Much appreciated access to nice washer/dryer.
Super cute house!! Beds are super comfy too! Very convenient and close to everything. Cynthia is a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
Walking in was refreshing after an 6 hour drive. A peaceful feeling washes right over you as you enter the foyer and the cool fragrant air touches your skin. The layout was spacious and well arranged. Although there were no ramps into the home, my son's wheelchair could maneuver around the ground floor easily. The kids loved the staircase and the teens loved the balcony. The bunk bed room got warmer than the rest of the house but they had a nice fan ready and waiting in there. The patio was cute and equipped with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors (except the mosquitoes were out with a vengeance!). It was a pleasure to come back to the house every evening and relax at the table playing card games with the family after being at the beach and out on boats and shopping all day. Even though we weren't directly within viewing distance of the beach, this was the perfect beach house to stay in close-by!
The house was Amazing and it fit my family and my mother and her other kids, in total 10 of us. It was very nice we will definitely be visiting again in the near future.
Very nice home , with cool beach Decor. The house was perfect for our family! We loved the back patio with a view of the sand dunes! The kitchen was so beautiful and functional for making breakfast! It was great to have the Master bedroom downstairs for my senior mother. There was plenty of room and was helpful to have a half bath downstairs, too!
We had a nice break. All of the rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. King bed sheets were in bad condition, but otherwise everything appeared clean and well maintained. Our cat explored every corner and found nothing!
The walk to the beach is a bit far.
We found that many restaurants were closed, but Dominoâs and Kodyâs filled the void.
Lovey home with beautiful coastal decor, very comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of extras like beach chairs, boogie boards and toys for the beach. Very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. Safe nice friendly quiet neighborhood.
My family and I stayed here on a very last- minute trip to Port A, but this house was far from âlast resortâ. Cynthia was very pleasant to speak with when we couldnât access the rental and she worked with us when we had to leave town due to Hurricane Hanna! The only downside that I feel wasnât very accurate on the listing was that youâre 3/4 of a mile from the beach if walking (there was no beach parking due to restrictions). No beach access within the street or neighborhood. The beach access is still fairly close, just further than I feel was advertised. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again.

We take great pride in our beach house and love being there when we can. I am always striving to make it better for my guests. We added reclaimed wood floors up the steps and upstairs so no carpet. Check out the new colors upstairs.
We are around the corner from and to the Beach at 11th and Beach Access Road 1.Easy to get to the beach or town. Great area for golf carts Leave your car home and Golf Cart around the Island.
