This 1920s bungalow retains its original charm with hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and unique historic details, while featuring an updated kitchen and bathroom for modern comfort. The home has been thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay.
As with many homes of this era, you may notice subtle quirks like slightly uneven floors, which reflect the character and history of the space.

The home is located on a well-connected road just outside of downtown, offering easy access to Asheville’s restaurants, shops, and attractions. Light traffic noise may be present during busier times, and a white noise machine is provided for added comfort.

On occasion, depending on wind direction, there may be a temporary outdoor odor from a nearby water treatment facility. While not common, we like to share this for full transparency.
