Great stay for long weekend with friends

The space worked well for 4 friends getting together for a long weekend spent mostly downtown - easy driving to everything we needed, a nice outdoor deck, good-sized bedrooms.

Great stay at Riverside Trade Retreat

Our family found the Riverside Trade Retreat a great stay in Asheville, NC. The home was clean and super functional with a great kitchen space. The home's location was a short drive away from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, and Ledges riverfront park.

Awesome stay

We had an awesome stay between Christmas and New Year’s in 2024. Everything was just as advertised . Pet friendly. Very convenient to bar restaurants in town, less than 10 minutes. 15 minutes to Biltmore.

Love this Retreat!

Came to Asheville to visit the Biltmore and came across Riverside Trade Retreat. It was the perfect location to move about Asheville and the accommodations were amazing. From the claw foot tubs to the toiletries to the bedding, everything was comfy and high end. Would highly recommend!

Thanksgiving visiting family

We visited Asheville for Thanksgiving with our family. Our daughter moved to Asheville two years ago. This place was perfect for our family with plenty of space to relax and hangout. The owners went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. They even left a turkey pan and baster for Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Overall my stay was good. The listing is not in Asheville, but was very close and had great access to down town and the river arts district. Will caution the listing is a super very busy and narrow road. This made parking and leaving out difficult as there were blind spots. This also caused a lot of noise.The apartment was spacious enough for everyone on our party. Its has old charm with claw foot tubs. That was a little challenging to get in out if you have mobility problems. This place is pet friendly which is fine, found the furniture and beds had pet hair. The outdoor patio was nice, but could use a good power wash to help with spiders. The unit has stairs to access. The hosts were quick to respond, text was faster than calling and much easier. Nice place for a short weekend or people who plan to stay busy.

Very cute rooms and nice living area. We enjoyed being close to so many breweries, the Biltmore, and downtown. Our dogs were not used to the small fenced side yard so we did have to take them to the park (they're spoiled I know) but luckily there’s a park that’s less than a minute drive. They also had a lot of items in the kitchen to cook with and lots of books to read if you want a nice night in. I wish we got to enjoy the porch while we were there but it was snowing. Overall great amenities!

This property was adorable! It was very clean and communication with the hosts was great. We needed help with some remotes and they were on it right away. The rooms are spacious, beds firm, linens clean, and the variety of outdoor seating areas was a great bonus. Parking worked well and we were thankful for the two dedicated spots. From this location you can walk to a couple breweries with dining options, a chocolate factory (with tours!), and coffee shops with light breakfast options. The kitchen is also well stocked if you choose to cook. We wished the busy road was a little more pedestrian friendly but it’s doable. If you need more than the three beds, there is a sofa bed but you’d be better off bringing an air mattress as two of the rooms are large enough to easily accommodate one. Be warned that this property does allow guests to bring pets if allergens are an issue. The washer and dryer are clean and very convenient for washing muddy hiking clothes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are already planning to stay again. Thank you!

Perfect Gateaway

We stayed for about 2 weeks at this property with our 2 dogs and some family & friends and absolutely had a blast. The space was nicely decorated, very clean and well stocked. I wish there had been fans in every bedroom, and that there was more storage for clothes during the stay…storage was definitely a challenge for our 2 week stay. The location is perfect, it’s close enough to downtown to get there quickly and have fun but far enough away that we really got to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful side of Asheville. FYI to future dog owners…the house was definitely dog friendly and we appreciated the small grass area in the front, but there are no sidewalks and the property is on a busier street. There’s plenty of parks around that are very close though so we made it work.
