Absolutely lovely place

We visit HHI about 4x a year and this is our first stay in Evian. The property was absolutely lovely, cleans and convenient. We have found our rental for the future.

Fantastic Vacation!

I can't say enough great things about our townhouse stay. After multiple visits to the island, I think we have found our favorite place - Shipyard. The location was fantastic, the townhouse was clean and organized, and we had easy beach access/parking every day🙂

Perfect!

We loved our stay. The house was just as pictured and clean. Only a 10 min walk to beach or 5 min bike ride. Coligny Plaza 5 min drive or 15 min bike. We brought our two 60 lb dogs. Such a dog friendly community and they loved being on the beach. Thank you for allowing dogs, it wouldn’t be vacation without them. We will book again. Definitely recommend!

Clean and Comfortable

Having a clean place to stay is very important to our family. The condo was very clean and amenities are attractive. The furniture was not just for show. Staying for a week we were able to relax with high quality amenities. Sheets and towels were of high quality and not the stiff hard sheets and towels that can be a surprise when use a rental agency. The condo had the feel that someone lived in the space and had worked out the nuances of placement and function. There were plenty of glasses, dishes and silverware. The air-conditioning worked well and was not noisy. Wifi while not used heavily met our needs. We walked to the beach twice a day (15 min. walk) through the beautifully landscaped grounds.We truly would recommend this property for its location, surroundings, amenities, and conveniences. Perfect family vacation destination!

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and this property was everything we could have asked for! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, pool, restaurants and activities. We loved getting to know the local wildlife and riding our bikes everywhere! The property itself was clean and included all of the amenities we needed to make this the perfect family vacation!

Perfect Location

My wife and I enjoyed biking and walking on the beach in the mornings and evenings. The location of the townhouse is second to none on the island. Near trails, beach restaurants and shopping. Great time and very relaxing!

The townhome was light filled & very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked & there was a small set of toiletries in the bathroom. We loved the back deck that was gated. It was easy to find a parking space & there were two bike racks nearby. The landscaping was beautiful. The pool was close by and beach access was a 12 minute walk away. We enjoyed the many bike/walking trails throughout Shipyard. We also appreciated that this home was dog friendly.

Pleasant Surprise

We were very pleased with the location and condition of this property. It was very appealing and exceed our expectations. We would love to stay there again. It’s an inviting environment both inside and out. We enjoyed multiple walks including the short trip to the beach. We loved the layout and the small patio on the water and golf course.

Great condo!

Loved everything about this condo - nice decor and furniture, great layout, and very clean. Lots of nice extras - laundry baskets, hangers, folding table, and even a beach wagon. Short walk to the community pool; the beach is about a 10-minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice big unit

We love how clean the unit was. There was a really nice enclosed patio/sunroom. We really enjoyed our time there. They left us extra laundry detergent and dish detergent for a few loads which we appreciated. The Shipyard is beautiful with all the trees so we loved to walk through the area. And we loved the tennis on the indoor courts which we were able to play on even though it rained every day.
