We're glad you found the place nice, but we’re very sorry to hear about the experience you had with the oven and the lack of response from the manager during your stay. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after a long drive and with dinner plans already in place. We want to clarify that the oven is currently working, and we’re looking into what may have caused the issue during your stay, as well as the breakdown in communication.
