New furnishings and fixtures blend mountain style with contemporary design. A balcony and back porch add to the appeal.



Your getaway is located steps from acres of forestland. Enjoy easy access to some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in the area, as well as snowshoeing in the winter months. Two area ski resorts -- Heavenly and Sierra at Tahoe - are 10-15 minutes away. You're also within close proximity to golfing.



LIVING AREA



Cathedral ceilings soar in the Great Room, where a gas fireplace sits center stage. Watch favorite shows on the smart TV while relaxing on comfy furniture. The game lounge features a pool table that converts to a Ping-Pong table, smart TV, and plenty of seating. A granite wet bar and mini-fridge make it easy to fix refreshing drinks. Smart TVs with streaming capabilities are provided.



KITCHEN & DINING



The sleek kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and roomy French-door fridge. Four can perch at a breakfast bar lit with pendant lights. When your recipes are ready, serve home-cooked meals at a dining table for 10.



BED & BATH



Rest easy in the primary suite, outfitted with a smart TV. The en suite primary bathroom features a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, plus a double vanity and water closet. The fourth bedroom has a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds.



OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES



The backyard features a bubbling hot tub and a covered back porch with seating for two. Find a dining table for six plus a gas grill on the balcony.



Things To Know



Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.



WiFi can be spotty in the mountains.



This home is not equipped with air conditioning.



The patio furniture is seasonal.



The BBQ is seasonal.



Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle in the garage.

Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines or towing.

Please make sure cars are parked fully within the driveway and not blocking sidewalks or neighboring properties.

Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats are not allowed.



Garbage and recycling should be stored in the big metal bear box next to the driveway. There is a latch on the front of the bear box. You will lift the latch with your hand when opening and closing the bear box. Our bears are pretty smart. DO NOT LEAVE THE BEAR BOX UNLATCHED. This will ensure that the local wildlife cannot get to your trash.



NOTE: The city of South Lake Tahoe takes the safety of their wildlife and the beauty of their city very seriously. So please never leave garbage outside overnight as the wildlife will find it, and guests will be responsible for any clean up or fines that may occur.
