Hi Keith, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Sorry to hear that the game room was not up to your standards and the pool table was missing a few balls. I do see we were in contact with you over this and let you know that we had to order these as we do not have local stores that offer these items. We did place a order for pool table balls and will double check the table during our inspections. We also understand the frustrations during major power outages. We do try to keep guests informed with ETAs when power goes out. We will make sure our safety equipment with flashlights is under the sink. We wish you had mentioned a nest when you were calling in as we would have been able to send a team member over right away! What we can do, is I will line up pest control to do a inspection to make sure that there are zero pests around. Thank you again for your feedback. Finding a rat nest is certainly concerning, and we take this matter seriously. We will investigate this immediately to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
