Cabin Tahoe City 9 beds, 1 block to the lake, private beach near ski resorts

The refidgerator was recleaned and professional deep cleaning has been done. Decks were painted and lots of flowers in pots outside. Cushion covers have been washed on outside couch. They are not rotten. The property is in good condition and no other guests have had complaints.

The carpets were vacuumed, the floors were mopped, the bathrooms were cleaned and the fridge was emptied there was one mark that could not be removed on the fridge on the back shelf All the sheets and towels were freshly laundered. I did disclose to the guest that I would be staying in the back cabin in her check in instructions. The property address is west lake Blvd and it is a busy street. The private beach is 1 1/2 blocks away you cross west lake turn left at the driveway across the street and then turn right in sequoia and the beach is at the end of the street There wasnt an unpleasant odor and the guest never communicated with me about needing anything. I would have gladly had the cleaners return to attend to the minor items she mentioned Hair on the sink (this was not the case when I left the property that day) shampoo drop on the shower wall and recleaning the shower glass in the upstairs bath Since the guest left caulking was done on the tub in the downstairs bath The guest was unreasonable to ask for a refund for her stay even though she stayed there two nights and vrbo declined her request
