Our home is recently updated with interior paint, new carpet, new furnishings, and decor. The home has 5 beds, 2 full baths (3 Queens and 2 Twins).

Accommodation includes a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to make a home cook meal with dishes, cookware, and dishwasher. Enjoy the coffee bar - no need to bring your own coffee, we have provided coffee grounds, sugar, and tea bags for your enjoyment. Gather around the open bar and prep meals, or just hang out! The kitchen flows into the living and dining room, providing you a cozy space to hangout and enjoy each other's company while watching your favorite movie on the big 65" smart TV with Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom located at the opposite side of the house, comes with a queen bed, dresser, chest, nightstand, 50” smart TV with Wi-Fi and two accent chairs for you to sit and read a book or magazine. There is also a walk-in closet with iron, ironing board, and board games for your use. You'll have plenty of room for clothes between the large walk-in closet and the dresser. The en-suite master bathroom has a full bathroom with separate tub and shower.

The guest second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand and 43” smart TV. The third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, nightstand and 43” smart TV. The fourth guest bedroom has a queen e bed, dresser, nightstand and 43” smart TV. All bedrooms have room darkening shades and curtains. In the hallway between the second and fourth guest bedrooms is a second full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Feel free to enjoy some refreshments and the beautiful South Georgia breeze on the back porch while the kids play on the swing set in the backyard. The backyard is completed fenced for the safety of children.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer provided for you to use. There are also some laundry pods to get you through a handful of loads of laundry.

You will have access to the driveway for parking multiple vehicles.

There is also workspace in the common area where you can sit, jump on the high-speed Wi- Fi, and take care of business in a flash.

Super Walmart, Target, Publix, and Dollar General are nearby. Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Wendy's, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Waffle House, are also close if you need some dining options.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the front and back porch, as well as the backyard.

The garage is locked due to ongoing renovations and for storage of cleaning supplies. Please do not attempt to access the garage.

Other things to note
In an effort to keep the property more secure, we have installed a ring doorbell camera next to the door located in the main front entrance. There are also cameras located around the perimeter.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY & NO PETS ALLOWED: If you are caught smoking on the property or if there is a presence of smoke or pets in the home when our cleaning team arrives, you will be charged $400 to have the home cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized for the next guests.
