This is our 2d time staying at this historic home. We searched for this specific listing for the days we needed for our family event. We were in walking distance from the stadium. The owner accommodated our family so that the travelers were able to check in early allowing us more together time. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Parking was great.

We have stayed here multiple times and each experience has been great. The home is very historic, clean and very comfortable. Everything works great from the updated bathrooms to the AC in summer heat. The host is terrific and makes you feel welcome and important and always responds quickly. Neighborhood is quiet especially during the evening. It’s centrally located so you have access to any part of town with equal distance. There’s a Huge backyard for kids to play and the many rooms in the home are separated so that everyone can have a space to themselves if they want. It truly feels like a personal home experience.

The Historic Gem on Williams Street is a great super clean home. It’s unexpectedly large and well laid out for bigger groups particularly when it comes to separated spaces. The bathrooms in the bedrooms are brand new and fantastic! The location is super quiet and very close to everything. The backyard is HUGE and a great space for throwing a football or playing cornhole. Every living space is comfortable and inviting. Rachel, the host was very responsive and friendly and informative which was great. Everything you need was included and the A/C was perfect. We’ll be traveling back to the area again and this will be my first choice!

This home was an absolute gem! Perfectly centrally located, it made getting around incredibly easy. The house was fully equipped with everything our family needed and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. It felt welcoming, comfortable, and truly like a home away from home. Quaint and spacious

This house was perfect for staying in town to attend a friend’s wedding. We had people from Virginia and Florida meet and we fell in love with the house. The decor is tasteful and the location was close to shopping and restaurants.

This was a great stay for extended family toBe together for an event. Rachel was always in touch and responded so quickly when we needed help ( we are not techy and needed thermostat help. She was so patient!) the house has space to spread out and while it has a great history it also has lovely finishes. The house was so clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. It was convenient to all we needed and in a quiet area. We all loved gathering around the big dining room table ea night! We would definitely stay again.

Great stay at historic home

We loved our stay at the beautiful Steward home. Lots of great space to relax and visit with family. Very clean and lots of attention to detail with decor and charming details original to the 1940s home. It was the perfect location to stay for a few nights for a family wedding. Great communication with host and easy check in and out. Would stay there again !
