This is a 3BD/2BA home that has recently been remodeled and is fully equipped with all the most popular amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It's less than a 10 minute drive to the Valdosta Mall, Valdosta State University, Valdosta Downtown and a short 20 minute drive to Wild Adventures Theme Park!
The space
This 3BD/2BA house has all the comforts of home including a full size laundry with washer/dryer/ironing board, a fully functional kitchen complete with a garbage disposal, microwave & dishwasher, eating space available for 8; a 4-top table in both the dining room and breakfast/coffee room. There is a spacious family room that has been furnished with timeless family favorites of card and board games, a music area complete with music and a guitar, my very own personal collection of books and novels and of course, Wi-Fi, Roku Tv & YouTube Tv provided. You can also log into to any of your streaming apps as well. This house can sleep up to 8 people! There is a QU bed in the MBD, 1 FU bed and 2 TW beds in the other 2 bedrooms and 1 FU size sofa bed in the family/living room. ***Note that the living room floor is lower than the rest of the house. There is a step down upon entry of the front or rear door.***
Guest access
Guest will have internal access to all areas of the property including the garage, the private backyard and the vegetable garden. Inaccessible areas will include the attic space, a locked utility room within the garage and the external backyard privacy gate.
Other things to note
An added bonus with this property is a garden! That's right! A simple, producing, raised-bed vegetable garden that includes various fresh herbs, strawberries, acre peas, sweet peppers and tomatoes. If it's seasonal and producing, one may pick and eat! You can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee while sitting in the morning shade of the garden or in the breezy, beautiful screened porch that looks over the large backyard secluded within it's 6 ft privacy fence and a hedge of the South's native azalea.
