The home is designed across two separate levels, each offering its own unique spaces for relaxing and entertaining.

Please note that the levels do not have an interior staircase connection, allowing for added privacy between the living and entertainment areas.

Main floor is the upper level, as you enter this floor, the open-concept living room welcomes you with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a dramatic wall of curved windows that frame Sedona’s red rock scenery. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area and a large chef’s kitchen with a curved island, bar seating, stainless appliances, skylights, and plenty of room for preparing meals together.

Just outside, the expansive upper terrace offers multiple seating areas, outdoor dining, and beautiful panoramic views — perfect for morning coffee or evenings under Sedona’s star-filled sky.

This level also includes four bedrooms. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, private terrace access, and an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second king bedroom and a queen bedroom both have access to a bright sunroom, ideal for yoga, reading, or quiet relaxation. Both of these rooms come with a TV as well. An additional queen bedroom with a walk-in closet provides another comfortable guest space. A shared full bathroom and a half bath are also located on this floor.

The lower level : Here you’ll find the dedicated movie theater room, and a convenient kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, sink, and counter space for snacks and drinks.

This level also features an additional guest suite with two queen beds, a sleeper sofa, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, making it a great space for families or groups traveling together.

Outdoor spaces continue on the lower level with a hot tub, fire pit, and yard area, creating another relaxing spot to unwind after a day exploring Sedona!

Guests will have access to the entire property except for locked supply cabinets. Guests will not have access to the elevator on the property.
