This 4-bedroom house provides ample space for multiple families or groups, just a two-minute walk from the bay beach. Watch the most gorgeous sunsets over the bay from the beach, the top-level porch, or even the family room.

On the ground level, the garage leads to a game room with ping-pong, foosball, a pool table, air hockey, and more, providing a place to relax indoors. For enjoying the outdoors, we have chairs and other beach supplies, bikes, and fishing rods.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms: one with two queen beds, one with a full bed, and one with two full-sized bunk beds with trundles—room enough for everyone. The newly renovated bathroom features a shower/tub combo, and off the last bedroom, guests can enjoy the first three-season room. Outside, a wrap-around porch is the perfect place to spend the early morning or evening.

On the top floor, the master bedroom features a queen bed and a daybed, and the newly renovated ensuite master bathroom includes a shower. The airy, open-concept living space includes a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area, and family area, providing plenty of space for spending time together, enhanced by a second three-season room and the newly renovated powder room. A wrap-around deck provides yet another lovely outside space.

Outside, a path leads to an outdoor shower, and the backyard features a grill, fire pit, and seating.

The house stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and AC. With thoughtful touches like a Keurig with pods and an assortment of teas and conveniences like ample parking, this property can be your bayside home-away-from-home. Dogs under 20lbs can stay with you for a fee of $250.
