Maison réaménagée en 2017 !!! Situé à environ 100 marches / demi-pâtés de maisons de la baie de Delaware. Vous recherchez une plage moins fréquentée, idéale pour des promenades paisibles et reposantes, de magnifiques couchers de soleil et des tonnes d'activités à proximité? Bay est parfait pour la navigation de plaisance, le kayak, le paddle et le canoë. Nouveaux meubles et matelas très confortables! Intérieur: Cette maison de 3 étages sur 3 étages au bord de la baie comprend 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, un salon avec vue sur la baie, une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée, un loft et une grande salle de loisirs (1 000 pieds carrés) pour des espaces de divertissement supplémentaires . La salle de loisirs du premier étage comprend une table de ping-pong, un baby-foot, une table de billard et un jeu de basket-ball pour 2 personnes avec salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche. Le deuxième étage comprend 2 chambres à coucher avec grand lit, un salon et une grande cuisine avec coin repas pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes. Le troisième étage comprend une grande chambre principale avec lit king-size et un balcon avec vue sur la baie. La quatrième chambre comprend 2 lits superposés avec 4 matelas jumeaux. Au troisième étage se trouve également un loft avec un lit double gigogne La maison peut accueillir 12 personnes. Nouveaux meubles, matelas, literie et appareils partout! La cuisine est toute neuve avec une table à manger et un ensemble de chaises pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et pouvant accueillir 3 personnes Laveuse et sécheuse au premier étage. La maison dispose de 2 téléviseurs intelligents avec capacité Amazon et NETFLIX dans le salon et le loft, ainsi que d'un câble et d'un système de son surround pour l'espace de divertissement du salon. Extérieur: La maison a une terrasse panoramique de 500 pieds carrés offrant une vue magnifique sur la baie et les couchers de soleil, avec une terrasse pour 16 personnes avec des bancs / tables convertibles et un barbecue au propane à 4 brûleurs. Allée privée pour le stationnement hors rue de 2 à 3 voitures. Cour arrière de grande taille, idéale pour les événements en plein air, les rassemblements ou les sports.

Notre propriété est idéale pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Tous les petits meubles ont des sangles anti-renversement. Nous avons une chaise haute, des sacs à dos et des jeux et des rails de chevet pour les lits d'enfants. Nous avons un chariot et une poussette parfaite pour les excursions au zoo! La maison a aussi des chaises à utiliser à la plage ainsi que des jouets de plage pour les enfants. Lorsque nous sommes là-bas, les enfants du groupe d'âge réduit se détendent dans le loft situé au troisième étage en jouant ou en regardant Netflix. Les adultes et les grands enfants peuvent se détendre au deuxième étage ou dans la salle de jeux du premier étage.

Walked into a fun game room. Place was great for a large group. Loved the pool. Beach at bay just down the street but we didn't spend much time there due to horseshoe crab carcasses littering the beach. Great sunsets, though. Wonderful to have towels, washcloths and bedding provided. Communication with owners very prompt. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful home for a large group to stay in. Terrific game room on lower level, bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all, nice loft area. The pool was an added plus, and being so VERY close to the Bay beach was very special.

We’ve been renting through VRBO for around 5 years, and this house is definitely among our top choices. The setup and pool were perfect for families. We were 6 adults and 4 kids, and the house offered something for everyone. It was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. We were there during a nasty weather week, but the house was such a happy place that we still managed to have a great time. I highly recommend it!

Our family enjoyed our stay this week! The house was comfortable and it was great to have the pool when the bay beach experiences low tide. We found all aspects of the house to be wonderful. Plenty of parking also!

Family Fun in the Sun!

Our family had a wonderful stay; check in was smooth, sunsets were beautiful, the game room was used by the kids a ton and we loved the location. We had a few issues with the pool in the beginning of our stay and the owner was very responsive (A communication) and resolved the issue promptly! We couldn’t be happier with our vacation. Thank you!

We would not choose to rent this property again. The hosts were very kind and responsive whenever issues arose, which we greatly appreciated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It was easy and safe for our kids to walk around. While the bay was conveniently close, it was not ideal for swimming or beach play. The drastic tides left behind mostly mud rather than sand, and the water was often filled with horseshoe crabs and jellyfish. Although the sunsets over the bay were beautiful, we opted to travel to other beaches for our beach outings.The home itself has clearly been well-used. Many of the beach and sand accessories were unfortunately broken or unusable. Midweek, the pool turned green, though the property management team did respond quickly and sent someone to service it.On our final night, a severe storm passed through and caused significant leaking in the bedroom with the crib. The leak was substantial enough that we had to move rooms. While we were advised to catch the water as best we could, it was evident this was not the first time the issue had occurred this season. The host made us aware the window is already scheduled for repair in September. The response from management was simply an apology for the inconvenience. If the leak was already scheduled to be repaired, it would have be fair to give us warning of the leak so we could watch for it. We had hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations.

Overall the whole process from booking until our last official day went rather smoothly. All items noted in the description was present and that was plentiful for our family of 6 adults and 3 children (9,8,4 year old). There were games, pool table, table tennis, foosball and basketball game which kept every occupied! The area felt spacious for entire group. The pool was nice but needs to be maintained better (the liner was loose) and more often (green after rainstorm - pictures of before and after will be added). The storm occurred on Wednesday night and Friday morning the water was green. We did not go into the pool because of the state it was in and needing to have a pool treatment. Apparently the people who come to do the pool, do so on a Friday. Deepak was on top of responding to my questions/concerns to which I am thankful.We did have a hiccup one night. There was a significant thunderstorm which caused water from 3rd floor master deck/sliding door travel to our bedroom (queen bedroom off of the main deck) windows. At 10/1030pm this was occurring. I was able to reach the owner rather quickly, but there wasn't any resolution to be made except to use towels to dry the area and he offered to provide a credit for the issue. There are clear issues with water infiltration from improperly installed windows and doors. Some of the windows and doors have started to discolor due to water. Some banisters were loose inside with the stairs and outside on the main deck.

A wonderful property for families! Plenty of games and toys. The house is well stocked. The bay beach is a very short walk. Cape May beaches and Rio Grande a short drive. Don't overlook Fleck's for ice cream, which is only a half mile away.

We were 7 women who graduated high school more than 50 years ago and everyone loved this rental. The home was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our week stay. The home is very close to the beach. Our stay was the week before Memorial Day and the weather was chilly, so there was no swimming in the bay for us. But sunsets on the beach are gorgeous. And we happened to be there during prime horseshoe crab mating season, which was fascinating. 3 women braved the pool, which hadn’t warmed up yet. The house is a short ride to Cape May and Stone Harbor. Communication with the owner was very good. It should be noted that the stairs to the upper levels are steep. But even my friends with knee and hip replacements were able to tackle them at a slower pace.

Girls weekend

We try to get away every year in April. The 6 of us had a great time here. The short walk to the bay beach was great. 15 minute drive to Cape May shopping. The house has everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend. We will definitely be back.

Everything we hoped for

Our stay at Sunset Serenity was wonderful. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful and kind. There was so much to do for the small children and yet plenty of space for the adults to take a break. The location near the beach was perfect and we were very comfortable in the neighborhood. Since we were there in off season, we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves. The kitchen had almost everything we would need. I would suggest, since the paper goods are there but not guaranteed, you bring things that you use all the time. The only thing we needed to get was storage bags and containers to store things in the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this property and we will hopefully have the opportunity to return in the future.

Nice home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house had many amenities to keep the kids entertained. There was so much to do in the area with just a short drive and the bay was in walking distance. We enjoyed some of the local beaches and the free zoo. A great place for a family getaway! Thank you!!!

Family time at Villas NJ

There were some minor issues & the owner was very responsive. The beach is nearby, less than a block, but unfortunately it was littered with dead horseshoe crabs, both in the sand & water making the beach unusable. We had to travel about 20 minutes to other beaches. There was a pool on the property, but there were some issues with it & wasn’t always usable. The weather was perfect, we managed to dodge 2 major storms on each end of our week😊

Lovely House, Quiet Location, Walks on the Beach

The house was lovely and as described. We are a family of 8, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a big hit (water was nice and warm as the pool is in a perfect location to take advantage of the afternoon sunshine), and we all enjoyed the game room with pool and ping pong tables. Sleeping spaces were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only "complaint" was the lack of chairs outside on the decks. I understand it can get windy, but we have stayed in other beach houses before with sturdy outdoor furniture. There were two huge picnic tables on the side deck, so we could eat outside, but it would have been nice to sit on the third floor balcony and enjoy the view of the bay. But that is a minor thing. The house was amazing! We also enjoyed the very quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds of Cape May itself. We did not feel the bay beach was a good swimming beach, but we took morning and evening walks along the beach as the house is literally about 1 minute from the beach path. It was a short drive to Cape May or North Cape May beaches for a day on the beach. We thought the location was great. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with Cape May and also enjoy the quiet Outer Banks, NC-style beaches and wanted to be close to something similar. We have small children, so proximity to the beach is very important. We love vacationing with family and friends and wanted house with plenty of room for all. And separate entertainment areas for kids and adults was important. We explored Cape May and immediately fell in love with this location and house. We are approximately 8 miles away from Cape May beaches and restaurants. We are 0.1 mi. from the Delaware Bay which has a quiet beach with BEAUTIFUL sunsets. This beach is perfect for walks, lots of sand bars, great for sunbathing, and perfect for kids. There is a loft on third floor with a smart TV (NETFLIX, Amazon Video, and Disney + equipped) for all to enjoy. The first floor has game room for additional entertainment. This place will be fun even on rainy days!

They also have amazing aviary and reptile/amphibian house. There is also a disc golf course on Zoo property just beyond the exhibits. There is also a ropes/ziplining course for adult and child age adventurers.

5. We love dining at the Blue Pig Tavern for great American fare at the Congress Hall. Lucky Bones is another great restaurant close to our property which serves BBQ nd Seafood. The Lobster House is also another local Favorite.

7. Plan a trip to the Willow Creek Winery in Cape May and try their Blackberry Merlot! They also have select entertainment including music and comedy acts.

9. We love Poverty Beach in Cape May. It is one of the less crowded beaches!
10. Visit playground by the beach "Sunrise at Rambler Rd" and then walk right out to the Wildwood Crest Beach (no beach tags required at Wildwood). Perfect free activity for kids
