This is a private, first-floor apartment located within a residential condo complex. We have designed the interior to be a functional and budget-friendly space for travelers.

🏠 Inside the Condo:

• Living Area: Features a TV, high-speed WiFi, and seating area. Note: We prioritize value and function, making this a perfect spot for guests who plan to be out exploring most of the day.

• Kitchen: Equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We provide cooking basics and a starter kit of coffee.

• Bathroom: Clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.

• The Hallway: While our unit is professionally cleaned and fresh, the building hallways are shared common spaces managed by the HOA. You may notice lingering odors in the corridor leading to the apartment. This does not affect the air quality inside our private unit.

• Pool: The community pool is unheated.

• Climate Control: We have air conditioning but no central heating. Use the wall thermostat to adjust the A/C temperature. Portable A/C coolers are also provided.



Guest Access:

• Check-In: Seamless self-check-in via a door code (provided before arrival).

• Parking: You will have a designated covered spot in the gated lot. (Please note: This is a carport, not a fully enclosed private garage).
