The house stands on a hill and affords a fantastic panoramic view of the Cefalu surroundings, the coast and the Mediterranean Sea.

The house includes a wonderful outdoor kitchen on the spacious terrace in front of the house. Life takes place outdoors in summer, as well as cooking and dining. There is a big tree garden in front of the house with different fruit and olive trees.
The house is on the edge of the Parco delle Madonie National Park, an extensive and pristine mountainous area where you can hike and enjoy nature, or go on a little sightseeing tour by car. The peace and quiet in the area is stupendous. You can find a wealth of sunshine, sea and extensive sandy beaches in the Cefalu area. There is a tropical water park nearby for children. Owing to the central location, Cefalu is a perfect starting point for visiting the many places of interest on the island.
