Guests can enjoy all the amenities at Wapato Point including an indoor pool, exercise room, tennis/pickle ball courts, mini golf, watercraft rentals, fishing pond, and more!

Our condo is beautifully appointed with all new furnishings across 1737 sq ft of living space. Main floor includes living area, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and outdoor decks.

Master bedroom has a king bed with 5-piece ensuite bath, TV and a shared deck with main outdoor living area. Guest bedroom has a king bed, loveseat, TV, ensuite bath and private deck.

Upstairs loft contains a large sectional sofa in a second living area, TV, and separate sleeping area with 2 twin trundles that can sleep up to 4 people.

Kitchen features all new GE smart appliances, gourmet cookware, cutlery, wine fridge and more. A Weber propane grill is located on the main deck.

Climate system is easy to use and can be adjusted to guests' preference. Dual electric fireplace can be enjoyed inside the unit or outside on the deck. Decks are also equipped with electric patio heaters.

We are adding a shower to the downstairs half bathroom converting the space to a full bath. A custom door will be installed in the loft sleeping area to provide privacy to guests and separate it from the loft living room. Updated photos will be added when complete, approximately early April 2026.
