This individual was extremely aggressive and rude. They wanted salt and pepper, but we do not leave consumable products that are opened and left over from stay to stay (guests do not want eat with what strangers have used) this guest could not comprehend that and buy their own salt and pepper with their groceries. She locked her pizza in the microwave and couldn't figure out how to push the unlock button, she couldn't figure out the front door lock which is a 4 digit code (there was no issue with it and was verified) she did not like the protective tape for the shower glass door, placed there so the glass didn't crack by accident by a renter, Every unit in the building has the same wall commercial air conditioning unit for the whole space, they are not cheap and cost over $4k. The building is located directly on the beach with direct gated access and the building is designed in a Y pattern so that all units face the ocean from their balcony. Our guests enjoy them selves and the space. The person probably does this wherever they go.

The kitchen light is on a switch with a dimmer, so he is referencing that he has the glide set into the almost off position of the light, this is him, not the light. The HOA has selected a standard cable package with over 200 channels, everyone knows there is no such cable package that would just be news programs. The unit is on the beach so the filters catch a lot of what is in the air and are cleaned every couple stays, the cleaning company has been reminded to do it more often if it builds up faster than expected. When the renter realized that he was not able to get a particular ESPN channel that covered a particular college game he wanted to see, he then went on to become extremely aggressive, texting me, using profanity and threatening me with this bad review. No issues were reported with the light, bed or the filter until I read this review, even though he was constantly texting me about his game. We value all feedback and the needs of our guests. We are here at all times to accommodate anything a renter needs. Unfortunately, this entire review is about a game he could not watch.

The renovation is brand new and the pictures are of the unit without any alteration. The square footage is notated in the profile. The bed is a queen but it was discovered that the bed frame was broken and it has since been replaced and this issue has since been resolved with the bed's comfort.
