Windsor Island Resort is a Hawaiian-themed community that features first-class facilities and amenities including: the spectacular Aloha clubhouse with state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Resort-style Pool with Lazy River & Spa, Dual Water Slides and Children's Splash Pad, Community Playground, On-site Tavern and Grill, and Sports Courts. The resort is located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando's world-famous attractions.

The impressive decoration and the layout of this two-story townhome provide seamless accommodation for up to 22 guests that can fit comfortably throughout its suites and rooms.

Clean lines, white & beige tones, and textured walls create a contemporary atmosphere that invites guests to enjoy the warmth that this townhome offers to both families and groups of friends to spend a great time.

The main floor boasts a generous living-dining expanse that flows into a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a central island. Adjacent to this, Bedroom (6) features a plush KingSize bed and has access to a shared full bathroom. Just beyond the living area is a screened courtyard, which houses a private pool and a tranquil sitting zone.

Ascend to the second floor to discover Bedroom (1) with a luxurious KingSize bed and an ensuite bathroom. Next is Bedroom (2) that delights with a QueenSize bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The magic of Disney is palpable in Bedroom (3) and Bedroom (4): one Mickey-themed and the other Frozen-themed. Both these bedrooms are furnished with a TwinSize bed and a Bunkbed (Full-Over-Full). The last bedroom (5) is Harry Potter themed and includes 2 FullSize beds. The floor also offers a Mario-themed game room, equipped with a sofa bed, and a centrally located full bathroom situated close to the laundry room.

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

✦ Age requirement:
You must be 21 or older to book with us.
