The open, luxurious floor plan of this home creates a relaxing environment that is sure to delight during your stay. On the lower level, the entryway introduces you to the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area. Early morning breakfast and family dinners are no problem with vast amounts of seating at the breakfast bar area and the dining room table. Just around the corner, discover a beautiful Queen bedroom that is truly decorated for royalty.

Upstairs, you are welcomed by a shuffleboard table and foosball table to showcase your competitive side with the family. All remaining bedrooms in the home are located on the upper level of the home, decorated to showcase Disney character favorites! From classic decorations to whimsical colors and characters, the bedrooms are the cherry on top of this beautiful new home.

In the back, indulge in your own private pool and spa with a screened lanai. Add in some Florida sunshine and we can bet you will never want to leave this stunning new home!

*The Children`s Interactive Water Playground with Cabanas and the Rumbrella Tiki Bar are not yet open at this time, as they are still completing construction on these areas.*

RESORT PARKING RULES:
*This home has a 5-car limit per reservation. The first 5 cars to enter will be counted for the entire duration of the stay. Street parking is allowed in designated areas within the Windsor Island Community. *

* The cost to add on pool and spa heat during your stay is $30 a day (plus applicable state and county taxes).*
