I welcome constructive feedback but don't understand the point of misrepresenting the situation? You contacted me once the day of your check-in letting me know you were one hour away and I responded with the lockbox code and apologized for not sending it sooner. You contacted me again after arriving about what you deemed inadequate supplies and I responded 19 minutes later. I remained in communication with you, and asked some questions about what supplies were missing so that I could double check with my cleaner. Through that communication with my cleaner I was able to communicate to you that extras for some of the items you thought were insufficient were actually in the cabinets under the sinks. Everything else you requested I doordashed within 30 minutes. I'll also add that the home has hundreds of ratings across multiple short term rental platforms and you are the first to complain about the quantity of supplies left. Even then, I still doordashed the items to you with good intentions. Respectfully, complaining about the "quality" of brand new wash cloths and hand towels is obnoxious. Some of your other complaints (bath towels, sheets, blankets) are unreasonable given the price point of the home, the duration of your stay, and the fact that there is a washer and dryer available. We take pride in providing a nice, pet friendly, affordable home for guests. I would not recommend you to other hosts that try to offer the same.
