Our stay was wonderful, the house was very clean and nicely stocked with anything we needed! Loved that there were lots of towels for showering and the pool! We brought our whole family and would definitely come again!!!

Awesome Place to Stay

Casa Arboleda exceeded all our expectations! Our vacation was amazing due to this beautiful rental and all the amenities. Close to everything, we were able to shop, sight see, visit family in the area, and hike. Highly recommend this home as a vacation rental.

Large and Clean Space

Very clean and comfortable stay. Because it was an Arizona summer, we were not outside much (besides the great pool) yet we had plenty of space inside for 7 adults to eat and hang out. Good place with very limited check out procedures.

Lovely property. We enjoyed the lemons fresh from our own tree. The pool was warm as we requested. Quiet family neighborhood.

Awesome Weekend

I went there with my buddies for my bachelor party and we absolutely had a blast. We actually utilized the house on our last day and cancelled our day plans in Scottsdale because the house was awesome! A lot of room and the pool is awesome! We would stay again in a second.

Beautiful home to make memories with your family

This property is perfect for family with a large eat in kitchen and pool right off the main living areas. The rooms are spacious especially the master and the master bathroom. The extras included in the garage were a hit with my children and grandchildren.

Great home

We really enjoyed our stay in Mesa and it was in large part due to this amazing house! We had an our extended family together here and we had lots to do with the pool and all the great amenities (we had two rounds of ping pong and air hockey tournaments!). Thank you so much!

Great location and well appointed home.

We rented this beautiful home for 9 nights with 2 other couples. It was well appointed, had a lovely back yard space that we spent our evenings around the fire table and it was a great base in which to explore the area. We are looking into renting it again next year and staying longer. The only downside to this home, since we all wanted our bathroom, was how far the bath 3rd bathroom is from the bedroom area.

Absolutely fantastic.

Casa Arboleda was absolutely fantastic. Extremely clean and the most well stocked house we have ever stayed in. Very roomy and was perfect for 6 adults and 5 grandkids. The beds are great. The pool and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The photos don't do the house justice. Way nicer than we expected. The best value for the money ever. Out of over nearly 15 vacation rentals we've stayed in, Casa Arboleda is one of 2 we would love to go back to.

Pay to play but a great kitchen!

Make sure to read the full posting since the ad hides the fact that you must PAY to play in the pool if you want it warm. Otherwise, great house with lots of space to separate or gather together. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances were more than adequate for this price.

A fantastic getaway

I enjoyed this home so much. I spent the weekend in Phoenix and surrounding cities for my birthday, and it was a weekend to remember. The entire home was so clean and cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet except for the barking of the neighbors’ dogs from time to time. I felt like I was visiting Spain again by staying at this home. The doors and windows in the living room does not have curtain and is open to the street, but we still felt safe because there’s an enclosed fence surrounding the yard. The beds were comfortable and the patio and pool area were the icing on a cake! I would definitely recommend this rental! I look forward to staying again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled 10. The house is very big. The rooms are spacious, the master bedroom is gigantic. The house is well maintained. The appliances, towels, dishes, etc. are brand new. The cleaning upon arrival was completely fine, take into account the days of cleaning the pool, which may be with leaves, something normal, otherwise your arrival coincides with the cleaning of the pool. The pool is very good! An important detail: the refrigerator starts working properly after two nights in which it is not opened. I think this is something to review. I believe that the quantities of items for the toilet (eg garbage bags) can be adjusted according to the length of the stay. The neighborhood is very good and safe. if you want to do activities in Scottsdale or Phoenix, you should consider between 25-35 minutes per trip.
