The house was perfect for a long weekend for 4 guests. The pool was lovely, although not heated, after running a marathon the cool water was great for sore legs! The few minor issues we had were responded to quickly and professionally. The location of the home was close to old town and many stores and places we wanted to check out.

The good; Location was reasonable. Home was clean and amenities were basically as described, however, the bad; there were lots of little maintenance issues. Light bulbs burnt out, not enough propane, outdoor fans not working, remote batteries dead, small appliances not working. Not enough to spoil the experience, but certainly not a 5 star experience. I only reported the propane but they didn’t respond until after we had checked out. I would look elsewhere until the issues are resolved.

We really enjoyed the house. It was close to Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale. The pool was great. Loved that there was games to play inside and outside. Would definitely stay there again.

The pictures accurately reflect the property. Loved the outside pool area, chipping green, bar and lounge area. Place was clean and check in/out was a breeze. Our spring break would not have been the same without this great fabulous place.

Enjoyed the stay, pictures are exactly what you walk into. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get on the 101. Enough room where you do not feel on top of each other. Wish it was warm enough to use the pool. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

We were very comfortable in the home and couldn't have been happier about the location. Quiet neighborhood and pictures exactly as described. The home was clean and bright. Was great to walk into a nicely air conditioned home in June in AZ. Loved sitting by the pool having coffee in the mornings. Home had everything we needed for our stay.

Guys Trip

Me and my buddies stayed at this place. Great hub for Old Town, hikes and Sedona. We liked the location, back yard and the bar. House was clean and well kept. Early check in was appreciated. Downsides was the house has a bit of an odor, internet sucks on the backside of the house and beds were a tad firm for my taste. Overall, we’d stay at this place again

Loved the location of this property

Overall, this property was perfect for us! Really enjoyed the backyard, very dog friendly and safe/secure neighborhood. The negatives were the carpet is stained throughout the house and needs to replaced. Also, bath towels were very limited. The outdoor furniture is very well used along with the outdoor rug. Needs a refresh. Also, wished the pool was heated (weknew it wasn’t) and a gas firepit would have been fabulous!Positives were: We loved the location, the doggie door and the comfort of the home, including a very safe/quiet neighborhood.We would stay again if the carpet was replaced with wood/tile flooring (especially because it is dog friendly).

Lovely property

This was a lovely, nicely decorated home with plenty of seating areas for entertaining. The location was conveniently located near ASU campus, the airport, as well as other Tempe/Scottsdale sights. I would highly recommend this home to others. The only comment related to this home was there some minor maintenance items that could be addressed. However, nothing that was significant to the overall functionality of the home.

Clean and nice

The property was clean and is decorated nicely. I will say the pool is in the shade starting around 3pm (end of April beginning of May) so plan for that. Pool is not heated but felt good with the hot weather. I would suggest bringing more towels for laying out/pool. The two non-master rooms are small, but worked fine. Mattresses are very hard. Other than those things very nice and living room area’s spacious.

Nice house but smelled moldy.

The property was great and the house was clean, however there was a strong musty/moldy smell in the home that was pretty overwhelming. It permeated our clothes even once we’d left. The Kitchen was adequately equipped however there was no plastic drinkware or dishware - which would have been nice for the pool area and outdoor bar. We ended up buying some reusable plastic wine glasses at the dollar store and leaving them there for the next guests. The pool is not heated. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the outdoor bar area, the comfy outside couches and the lawn games.

DO NOT STAY HERE - if we could leave 0/5 stars we would, worst Vrbo experience I have ever had. This house is managed by some corporate rental company “Vacasa” that lists on Vrbo. You cannot get ahold of them and their properties are falling apart and disgusting. Where to start, we will never use a Vrbo again after this place:- SAFETY, locks on front door do not work, they spin and the deadbolt doesn’t move. There is a doggie door that a small person could crawl through at any time into the kitchen on this house! Back sliding door off master suite does not lock securely. - PLACE IS FALLING APART, master shower we use the first morning of the stay. You could barely turn the handle to get water going and once we did get the water going the handle would just spin and you couldn’t stop the shower! We reached out to the maintenance team and didn’t get responses for hours. Almost 12 hrs went by with the shower running full blast before a maintenance guy went and had to replace the shower valve. We run a property management company on the East Coast close to 2k tenants, the work in this house was laughable. Missing paint, doors barely on the hinges, light switches didn’t work, different lightbulbs in the ceiling fans - it was a joke. - CLEANLINESS, place was disgusting carpets were stained dirty throughout the place, there was hair on the floor/in the corners of the rooms. Just disgusting. Pool was so gross no one even got in it, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Great location & cute spot easily accessible

This house was super cute & fit our needs for our girls weekend. Comfy couches. Cozy backyard. It was an easy drive to everything we wanted to do & only a mile or two from a fantastic park, a great brewery, & my fave coffee spot. Only drawbacks were it had kind of a musty smell. We knew going it it was a dog friendly joint, so maybe it was just closed up too long? We all used the master shower as the guest bathtub was a little difficult to turn on & it was very slick. The washing machine had a very strong mildew smell, but we braved it anyway in necessity & the clothes did come out smelling fine. I believe it is just recently converted to a rental & could use some spackle for all the changed wall art & paint, but all these instances aside we would not hesitate to stay again. It was a cute place & the price was right. Would love to stay in summer when we can really use the backyard bar & pool!
