The property features outdoor seating, two gas fire pits, and a community BBQ.



Guest Access:

You'll have uninterrupted, private access to the entire apartment space and use of the exterior common areas, BBQ Grill, Fire Pits, and community, coin operated Washer and Dryer. The home is equipped with Smart Locks for easy check in/ out and no keys to handle during your stay. You'll receive a custom 4-digit code prior to your check in.

- This is one, secure and exclusive use downstairs studio, one bathroom apartment with full kitchen, dining area, and large closet located in a newly renovated ten unit apartment building

- The outdoor community seating, fire pits, and BBQ are for your use during your stay and shared with the other residents

- Parking is first available on the street surrounding the property.

- The Washer and Dryer are coin operated and shared with the building
