➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

The Neighborhood:

This home is set in a quiet, well kept residential neighborhood in southeast Chandler known for its peaceful streets and upscale feel. The area is popular with families and long term residents, offering a relaxed suburban atmosphere away from heavy traffic and tourist crowds.



You are close to several top rated golf courses, neighborhood parks, and scenic walking paths. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and everyday essentials are just a short drive away, along with a variety of casual and upscale dining options.



Major shopping centers and entertainment hubs are within easy reach, and you have convenient access to main roads connecting you to Gilbert, Mesa, and the greater Phoenix area. It is a great balance of calm surroundings and city convenience.



Getting Around:

➜ Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available.



➜ Local bus routes serve the Chandler area.

Other Things to Note:

➤ Just a heads-up: The heated pool temperature is maintained between 78–82°F; however, depending on weather conditions, the temperature could be as low as 70 degrees.



➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
