Paradise in Chandler! Just 1/2 mile east of Tempe. This luxurious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom dream doll house in a great family community in the Chandler area has been updated with all new paint, new flooring, updated kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful landscaping. Spanning over 1800 SF, this magnificent residence graced by high ceilings is a haven for gazing at the outdoor pool oasis complete with a large patio and grilling area. The entryway opens into a spacious great room made for entertaining accompanied by a quaint dining room which opens into a large kitchen. . The divine master suite features ample windows and a king bed with a separate entrance into the backyard pool area. The pool has the availability to be heated or cooled depending on the season. The master bath features an over sized glass shower, and double sinks. There are three other bedrooms which sleep an additional 9 guests with 1 king, 3 full beds, and one twin bunk bed.

Great house for all our needs. Plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable beds and bedding. Close to stores, quiet neighborhood, kitchen stalked with all things needed to cook, pool is great, and hosts were easy to get ahold of. Would recommend

Amazing Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home. The property was exactly as described-clean, beautiful decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor space-the pool was amazing. Even though there was an excessive heat warning, we were still able to enjoy the pool in the morning/evening hours.The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close enough to restaurants, shops and local attractions.We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much Jim and Connie for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing home!

We had a wonderful stay! Jim and Connie have a beautiful home and are great host. The home was clean and organized. It has everything you could possibly need. Our kids love the pool and were in it almost every day. We had an amazing time!

Great place to relax and unwind

This was a great property that had great accomodations and the owners were very responsive! I would highly recommend this VRBO! The pool got a bit cold on our last day, but that was expected due to drop in temperature. Other than that the TVs in the rooms, pool toys and openness were very welcoming. Thank you!

House was perfect. Heated pool was so nice. Everything was clean and well kept. Perfect family vacation for seven adults. Close to restaurants and shops. The owners were quick to respond with any minor hiccups we had. Highly recommend.

Retirement Getaway

The house was perfect- plenty of space- had everything needed even blow ups for the pool- Jim and Connie were very responsive if I need anything. Location was great with everything needed a short distance away. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking- My only regret is I was too late to rent again next year. This was a PERFECT stay! We will definitely be coming back to visit Phoenix and this is the ONLY house we will be coming to! Amazing accommodations, the pool was a 10, the house was so clean and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need!!

We were a group of 5 moms w/ their daughters traveling from Maryland for a meet in Phoenix. This house was exactly as advertised. Very clean, easy to get into, had everything you could need! If we ever travel to Phoenix again, we’ll be staying here!

A wonderful property!

Our family chose to stay at this property over Thanksgiving. We came from Florida, DC, Maryland, and Florida to reunite with AZ family. It was amazing. The property was beautiful and centrally located. The heated pool was a hit with the children. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner was responsive and communicative. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Great place to stay in a very convenient location

Roomy house (4 nice sized bedrooms!) with plenty of space for larger groups. Kitchen is nice and open with big island and 6 chairs + large dining table with space for 6-8. We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay - I always appreciate having plenty of paper goods for kitchen and bathrooms as well as trash bags. The cooled pool was such a treat for Aug in AZ :-).

Family Vacation

This property was an amazing find for our extended family vacation and Thanksgiving holiday. Beautiful rooms, great kitchen for cooking, plenty of towels, lots of seating and table room, warm pool, beautiful backyard seating with lots of sun shade and very convenient location. This really was perfect for us in everyway.

Oasis in the desert

We wintered here for 4 months and enjoyed our stay immensely. The great location and quiet neighborhood were just a beginning. Jim & Connie were great hosts and quick to respond to anything we needed which wasn't much. The heated pool even got used as a hot tub on a few cold nights. Family Wedding

This Chandler home had everything we wanted and needed. It had enough space to host several family members during our stay. It was also close to Ashley Castle, which is where our son got married. Kitchen was fully stocked. Also, several towels were available, along w sunscreen for outside use. Pool was a great temperature too . Jim and Connie were very easy to communicate with. It was definitely a 5 out of 5.
