Relax with the whole family or get together with friends at this peaceful place on the water. Bbq grill on deck, pet friendly with a pet fee, gated resort, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, playground, tennis/pickleball court, swim area, only 11 steps up to the condo. Many restaurants nearby and so many things to do in the area. Slip and lift for a V-bottom boat available for $25/day.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom
Newer queen bed. Large desk for working. Large Smart TV. Dresser. Closet. Onyx shower. Small kennel with water and food bowls for your pet. Towels provided (bath and pool).

2nd Bedroom
Newer Double bed. Closet and dresser. Right next to 2nd bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Washer/Dryer closet is in the main bathroom.

New sofa with fold out queen size bed w/ blankets, linens and pillows inside.

The space
This is gated community. Quiet hours are from 11pm-8am. Deck with table and chairs for 6, so nice to sit and have a cocktail at the end of your event filled day.

You may smoke outside, however please be careful not to burn any holes in chair covers or rugs and close doors so smoke doesn't go inside. Please hand wash and put the ashtray back under the kitchen sink.

Guest access
You have access to the indoor pool and hot tub, the outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball and basketball court. You have the entire condo to yourselves.

Other things to note
Gas station, convenience store items, liquor store and some foods cooked daily right at the edge of the resort.

There are helicopter tours, Bagnell Dam Strip, Woods Supermarket, and many restaurants nearby.
