Welcome to your private Edgartown retreat.

Set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, this charming Martha’s Vineyard home offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and understated luxury in the heart of Edgartown. Perfect for families or couples traveling together, the home features three well-appointed bedrooms, one with a king bed and two with queen beds, along with two full bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease. With both air conditioning and heating, the home is comfortable in every season.

Tucked within the tranquil Sandy Valley neighborhood, the setting is serene and relaxing, an ideal place to enjoy slow mornings, quiet evenings, and the best of Vineyard living. Despite its peaceful surroundings, the property is exceptionally central, with easy access to Airport Road and County Road, allowing for convenient travel to all three main island towns. Downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven are each just a short drive away, placing restaurants, boutique shopping, ferries, and harbor activities within easy reach.

For beach days and outdoor adventures, guests will love the proximity to State Beach, South Beach, and Long Point Beach, making it effortless to enjoy the shoreline, scenic bike rides, and everything that makes Martha’s Vineyard so special.

Under new ownership, the home is being thoughtfully enhanced for the Summer 2026 season. Upgrades include fresh interior painting in the bedrooms and living room, updated décor, new furniture, a newly installed hot water tank, and all new linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Additional improvements are also in progress, including a new bedroom window, new stove, patio furniture, coffee maker, microwave, and several other thoughtful additions designed to elevate the guest experience.

Whether you are planning a relaxed family getaway or a refined summer stay with friends, this inviting home offers a peaceful, centrally located base for enjoying the very best of Edgartown and beyond.

My name is Brandon, and I was born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard. Alongside my two sisters, Danielle and Kendra, I am proud to share this special home with you in the quiet and peaceful Sandy Valley neighborhood.

This property is especially meaningful to our family, but it is not our first experience as hosts. Over the years, our family has owned and managed vacation homes on Martha’s Vineyard, along the South Shore of Boston, and in Charleston, South Carolina. Those experiences have shaped the way we host today, with a genuine commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience and a Vineyard vacation you will want to return to year after year.

We believe in caring for our guests the same way we would care for family. From thoughtful preparation before your arrival to attentive, responsive support during your stay, we work hard to make your time here feel easy, comfortable, and memorable.
