The House in the Woods is a house built in 1902 and renovated in 2016. It is located near Umag, in a small village called Karpijan. If you need peace and quiet, don't hesitate to come. You will find true peace there. You will be surrounded by nature: the house is surrounded by olive groves, forests and meadows. The total area is over 15 000 m2 and offers you total privacy for your holiday.

The house has been renovated preserving the old stone walls while retaining all the style and appearance of the original 1902 construction. It has a warm and rustic atmosphere with original rustic furniture combined with some slightly more modern features such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning for cooling and underfloor heating. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, an auxiliary bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a room complete with a washing machine and everything needed for drying and ironing, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is covered parking for three cars and outside the house you will find a small corner for children, deckchairs available and a hammock among the trees to fully enjoy nature.
Four-legged friends are always welcome.

The beach is about 3 km away. The town centre, with restaurants, bars and various shops, is about 5 km away.
