The detached holiday home is an old, cosy country house for up to six people with a living area of 100 mÂČ in a rural setting. It is located on the outskirts of the village of El Gastor, between the Sierra de CĂĄdiz and the SerranĂa de Ronda in the province of MĂĄlaga, overlooking the Sierra de Grazalema and close to the white villages of El Gastor, Montecorto and Zahara. The house was built in 1908 and last renovated in 2011.
The property is entered through an electric gate that separates the driveway from the street. The house has a terrace with a wooden roof and several brick pillars where you can enjoy the cool shade. The highlight of the property is the private swimming pool, which provides the necessary refreshment after a long sunbath. On the adjacent terrace and in the garden there is a barbecue and garden furniture. The property covers approximately 100 hectares and you can enjoy exceptional views of the nearby lake. Parking spaces are also available.
There are a total of three bedrooms at your disposal, one of which is equipped with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m each) and the third has a 1.35m x 1.90m bed. There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The thick walls of the house guarantee a pleasant climate all year round. In summer it is pleasantly cool and in winter the heat is stored. In the living room there is a heater and a fireplace for warmth in winter. The spacious living room has sofas, a fireplace, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a stereo. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen, which in addition to a dining table for shared meals, is also equipped with a gas cooker, oven, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. A separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack is also available. Free Wi-Fi, as well as bed linen, towels and firewood in winter (for a fee) complete the offer.
After about 4 km you will reach shops and a public transport stop. The Embalse de Zahara reservoir is about 8 km away, where you can enjoy water sports, among other activities. There is a grassy beach here. The nearest beach is about 50 km away and the nearest airport is about 60 km away by car.
