Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads-up: The owner’s closet is off-limits to the guests; other than that, the guests will have access to the entire unit, along with one amenity key card granting access to the community amenities. Please make yourself at home and enjoy everything that the community has to offer.



➤ Free garage and driveway parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked on the street may be subject to towing at the guest’s expense. Both the garage and driveway are available for guest use.

Located in a peaceful Davenport community, this neighborhood is known for its relaxed vibe, family-friendly atmosphere, and easy access to Orlando’s top attractions. It’s a great balance between quiet living and convenient connectivity.



You’ll be close to everyday essentials like grocery stores, dining options, and shopping, while still being tucked away from the crowds. The area is well-maintained and popular with vacationers visiting the theme parks.



Best of all, major attractions are within easy driving distance, including Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld Orlando, making this an ideal home base for your Orlando stay.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
